My 2014 Toyota Matrix has received excellent service since I purchased it in 2014 and is still running beautifully thanks to the superb and knowledgeable staff. Most of the time the service has been taken care by Matthew Piazza (Service Advisor). A really wonderful guy taking care of all the service issues regarding my 2018 Camry. He is very customer focused, provides solution to service issues, understands the requirements and provides valuable suggestions/inputs. Thank you Matthew for your dedication and helpful nature. service advisor Michael was great. Got oil change done but noticed that windshield washer fluid was not topped up. Not a big deal but this is the second time this has happened. It makes me doubt if they actually checked or lubricate hinges and check wipers etc since they didnt top fluids for the second time even though it is stated on the receipt as done. I paid 110 dollars for an oil change so the least they can do is actually check what they write down on the receipt. More
On 11/21/22 in for Service & tire change. Noted on 427 Hwy sensor light flash on indicating low pressure. Returned on 11/26/22. Employee rude and did not want to do the job. Didn't know how long to the do the job. Previously 5 minutes. More

I used to this dealership service before but stopped for couple of incidents. 2 years ago I took my car for oil change and inspections. I remembered that I have malfunctioning and broken windshield but f couple of incidents. 2 years ago I took my car for oil change and inspections. I remembered that I have malfunctioning and broken windshield but forgot to tell them. I assumed that they will inspect and change it. However, they reported all inspected and fixed but when I got home it was not fixed even not checked. Another incident. I found only one screw used under car for protection shield, They need properly fasten all screws. Last incident was price matching. I got quote that I need to pay 450$ to spare part and to get it fixed. By chance I got it checked in another place and it was fixed for 70$. I stayed away for a while, however, I came back again for recall issues. Recall problem was resolved but after 2 days I got a couple indicator light on. Engine and slip indicator and AWD indicator. When I go there and after couple couple days and weeks I get problem. ,, Now, I have to get it fixed somewhere. I assume something wrong there. More
