Long wait ends badly When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our appointment. The rep at the service counter explained the situation and said that it would When we arrived we were told that they had no record of our appointment. The rep at the service counter explained the situation and said that it would take 3-4 hours. We accepted the wait time. After the 4 hours, we were served by Jessica, we had presented a coupon when we checked in, however the final bill didn't have the coupon applied. When we asked Jessica about this, she said that she had no idea about the coupon. I then pointed it out to her, because the coupon was attached to the papers that she was holding. She then said that we had to go back to the service bay counter and they would recalculate the bill. When we got to the service counter we were told that we had to go back to the cashier counter. This run around and Jessica's curt answers were not a good way to end our experience. There is a closer Toyota service dealer to our house, which will going forward, be receiving our business. More
