I have a Kia Sorento purchased from this dealer and while under warranty, the car started jerking. I have made few paid services as per dealer recommendation to fix the jerking issue where it did not go away. I have brought the car multiple times for diagnostic where it was not properly completed. Once the car became out of warranry, they advised that my car has a transmission issue where I have to pay for it out of my pocket eventhough my car jerking issue was reported to the dealer multiple times with multiple visits while the vehicle was still under warranty. You may be deceived by the nice service when purchasing your vehicle, but will deeply regret it as soon as you take the car for service. More

When I would arrive I would be told I need XYZ for the appointment, why not tell your client what they need to bring when the appointment is booked? Finally pick my car up Saturday, not 48 hours later the engine light is on. Intentionally sold me a car with issues to drive me children around in. They do not care about your time or safety. Never been treated so poorly as a customer. Truly disgusted. More

Don’t deal with shiv he does not take ownership for his learning mistakes. He will say things like maybe it’s my fault. He is not quick to get back to you. Went to purchase a Carnival from this dealership. Price was not given on the website and I realize why. Thousands of dollars in add on fees that MUST BE PAID in order to purchase the vehicle. At first, the sales person did not want to make a real Offer to Purchase" for the vehicle, just wrote the final price on a piece of paper. I had to ask for the breakdown of the price. I do know why they did not want to provide the paper, they were embarrassed about the add on fees. The funniest was the theft benefit program -$999 what a joke, not to mention a whole bunch of other useless extras. They tried to sell winter tires with steel rims and rubber mats for an extra $5,000. I tried to hold my laugh in. All said and done, an enlarged asking price. Obviously ill informed people must be accepting these fees and just accepting them. The sales person said it is just how they do business. Yes, Not MINE! Never mind the sales manager hiding behind his little area, afraid to come out and meet the customer, obviously not caring about selling the vehicle to me. For a few extra dollars I might as well purchase a Honda Odyssey which has the quality and years leading the market in this category. Oh, good luck trying to find a parking space on the lot. I have visited 8 other Kia dealerships in the last few months in search of the carnival and all of them were 1000x's better then this one which is why I am writing this review. The sad thing is I visited this one twice in hopes of a purchase for my wife. Happy Friday :) More
Whilst the sales person was super friendly, as was the receptionist, the financing experience was not. Things promised to me were not met. I was then gaslit. Over the years, service department has proved to be deceitful in their dealings, only to get money out of me. am quite disappointed with my experience thus far. I further am disappointed by the service department as they keep losing my details even though have been coming here for 6 years. Seems there has been a shift in management and the new bunch is just terribly rude. bad service all round. I definitely don't recommend them to anyone. I recently called 5 times to get someone to help and they put the phone down on me and I got zero help. asked to speak to a Service manager but this person too picked up and put down and never got a call back. Atrocious service is an understatement. rather take your car somewhere else. this will be last time I bother going here More

PLEASE read before singing anything with them (avoid this dealership!). It makes me so sad to write this review since we were so excited to get our KIA. Yes, the KIA is a good car; however, the customer service at Mississauga KIA is sadly lacking. In my experience, you will be happy with them UNTIL your car breaks down or has an issue. In which case, the repairs might take ages as others have pointed out. Our completely brand new car broke down very shortly after purchasing it, and we were told very inconsistent messaging regarding how long it would take to fix our car due to them not having the part available (which is a major part that the car needs to function). We are now stuck paying for a lease for a car we do not know when we are going to get back. If something is wrong, the dealership should try to be empathetic and provide the best service, but they unfortunately failed to do so. I understand mistakes can happen, but ensuring your customers feel satisfied with your service should be a number one priority, which this dealership did not do. More
