Great Dealer Experience We had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Brian Penner. Brian is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual high pressure uncaring salespeople that I have dealt with in the past. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is willing to invest the time necessary to make a sale without making the buyer feel rushed or pressured. He loves cars and it shows. From the moment we entered the dealership and were warmly greeted by Karen at reception through the whole purchasing process we were impressed with every one of the team at Mississauga Kia. Liars , Dishonest Con Artist Mississauga Kia September 09/2016 --- 2600 Motorway Blvd. Mississauga, ON L5L 1X3 I priced the car online for 2016 model with taxes and all Mississauga Kia September 09/2016 --- 2600 Motorway Blvd. Mississauga, ON L5L 1X3 I priced the car online for 2016 model with taxes and all other fees . Went into the dealership , was introduced to salesmen name Kris ( should have looked at the business card to get full and correct name ) I asked to be shown a car , not test drive just look at it to see what comes in it , how it feels inside , which salesmen did , then I asked to be shown full cash price of the car with taxes and all fees and that when trouble began . Salesman tried to convince me that they no longer have 2016 and I should consider 2017 which was over $4000 more expensive , the guy told me the internet price does not include all dealer fees and the price is different . I asked what is the price difference between 2016 and 2017 models , he said $500 more for 2017 ( starting price ) . After looking at internet price and his price I told him that the gap is huge and that is very misleading to a costumer , that is when the salesmen looked at me and said "you think I am lying , you come here rude asking to show you a car , I am running around you wasting my time to show you a car if you don't like it then have a good day " , I responded "you are not wasting your time as I am a potential buyer it is your job to show me the car" . That is when some other salesman acting all tough got in my face and told me "there is the door get out" . It all caught me completely off guard because at no point I was rude or raised my voice or did anything to cause their reaction , only thing I said that the price was misleading . As I walked out the door that other tough wannabe salesmen got in my face again and said "you know what I like to do with people like you , smash your face and break your jaw" , at that point I stopped , turned straight to face him and told him "go ahead try it" , he took a step back , started to explain himself not looking all tough , eventually he walked away back into dealership swearing and mumbling something . Insane , mind boggling experience at Mississauga Kia dealership , you go in as a potential client , you leave being threaten ! More

After going along with it I ended up with a unpleasant surprise when taking possession of the vehicle. Though I accept responsibility for not backing away or being more carefull , I still believe it was unfair not allowing a customer a test drive before buying a vehicle. More
