Richard was most helpful in answering and offering very knowledgeable information on several vehicles I was interested in test driving. He was a very patient, and warm and approachable, and sincere sales person. He allowed me to connect with my experience of each vehicle at my own pace, while exemplifying awesome customer service, to both myself , my son, and my husband, as we test drove a few vehicles. Richard has left a very good impression on all of us with his wonderful knowledge and customer service, and we would not hesitate to recommend Richard Young-Michaud to others. Lack of compassion; respect and no value of human life My 2015 forte was towed into this dealership late October, because the electrical panel went died while I was driving. This dealership was so rude and My 2015 forte was towed into this dealership late October, because the electrical panel went died while I was driving. This dealership was so rude and disrespectful. They kept saying I didn’t have an appointment, though I was brought in through road ride assistance and obviously wouldn’t. Due the faulty make of Kia vehicles the car broke down only after 4 years. The “routine tests” done revealed no issues with my car. I suggested the problem might not be correlating to the computer inside the car and they rolled their eyes. They were able to provide me with a demo car only after an hour of negotiations. After having been told I didn’t have to worry about dropping off the vehicle by one manager another proceeded to threaten me, saying he would call the police, even though I never refused to have it returned. They made me out to be a criminal, even though I explained I had explained I would bring the car back after work they continued to threaten me and speak aggressively towards me. After 3 days they could not find the issue with my car and returned it to me with no paperwork or technicians work order even though I had requested it before the service department closed. More

The gentleman at the service desk was very knowledgeable. I dropped by and enquire about Niro hybrid. Thought I will give it a try. The gentleman at the service was pleasant and explained what was needed to be done with my 2012 sportage. The gentleman was very knowledgeable. And hey I enjoyed complimentary breakfast at the Bistro. More
