Buying my car from this dealership was a very comfortable and smooth exp. I worked with Product Specialist Ana. But Ana was very easy to work with and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. What began as a simple test drive visit to the dealership, ended with signing for a new car. Since 23 recommended a fluid consumption test when oil changed. I went in recently to have one done, as Sante fe burning oil since 80000, it now has 110000 . I use synthetic oil. The test cost about $540. When it was finished they said they couldn't find an issue. They took my money but can't find a problem. I got in touch with head office which stated that the dealership would get back to me, that was last week. Also, someone took a fifty dollar amazon card from the dash, broke the air deflector on the hood and put the fuse box cover on wrong, it fell on my foot while driving. I am disgusted and disappointed. I feel totally ripped off. Also, they uber you out but you get yourself back, at least that is my experience. More
