I had a deeply disappointing experience with Michael and Numan at Hyundai Mississauga. Michael sold me a vehicle marketed as Hyundai Certified, yet it turned out to have no maintenance history for over 40,0 Numan at Hyundai Mississauga. Michael sold me a vehicle marketed as Hyundai Certified, yet it turned out to have no maintenance history for over 40,000 km, which ultimately led to a denied engine warranty. He also pushed me to buy unnecessary extended warranty insurance that overlapped with the factory coverage still in effect. Numan, the manager, was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns, refusing to take accountability or provide meaningful support. He aslo treaten me to sue me...and no mention to the statement: "There is NO requirement of law to disclose the maintenance history." I felt misled and ignored throughout the entire process. Buyers, please be cautious, verify everything before signing and do not rely on verbal assurances. Do not trust Hyundai Promise, do not trust certification, it's just a paper with no value. More
