I recently purchased a Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid from them, even though I had a Toyota dealer much closer to my residence. I traveled 150 kms to buy from Milton Toyota due to their reputation. At the outset, the experience seemed promising, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a series of disappointments. The initial delivery of the car did not include the agreed -upon upgrades, and I was not even informed about the lack of these upgrades. It took two months for them to perform a partial upgrade, leaving me with an incomplete vehicle. Worse yet, despite repeated attempts to reach out and inquire about the remaining upgrades, I have been met with silence. My calls have gone unanswered, and it's disheartening to feel ignored after investing my time and money into a purchase from this dealership. As a loyal Toyota customer, I expected better communication, professionalism and customer service. It's frustrating to see a dealership that I had high hopes for fall so short of meeting those expectations. I hope that my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for others who are considering Milton Toyota for their automotive needs. Milton Toyota is the WORST dealership. I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer I went in to take over a lease, they wanted to buy it, but they offered the seller a lower offer than mine and the seller decided to go with my offer. They played a sneaky game to get my lease takeover application declined as they were interested. After 2 weeks of wasted time, I found out they submitted the wrong application for me and I was declined. Seller had no other option but to sell his car to Milton Toyota. What a shame! Will never have business with them ever again More
