Very simple explanation - reliability and outstanding support from the service department. Have not missed a day of work due to car problems for the 18 years I have been driving a Toyota product. Earlier this year we had our 2008 Rav4 serviced and a minor problem was identified. I decided to delay the service till this past week. Met with Jeff (Service Advisor) again and he remembered the problem and quickly looked the item up and got it on order. A day later we dropped the Rav4 off for its regular service and for the replacement part to be installed. Jeff followed thru and called us to tell us everything went as planned and we could pick it up anytime that was convenient for us. Jeff and his associates have always treated us with respect and appreciation. He is an excellent representation of Milton Toyota's commitment to the customer. (As are the entire service team.) More

Worst after sales service- Damage my car during service Milton Toyota is very good place when you go there as new customer until you made your purchase, once you purchase and even anything left over, sales Milton Toyota is very good place when you go there as new customer until you made your purchase, once you purchase and even anything left over, sales team and GM ( Mike) won't even recognize you and start behaving like kids and if you start follow them all of them ( GM, lot Manager, HR Manager ) becomes one team and no buddy would be there to support customer. They have damage my car during service and have changed even my tires I am extremely pissed off! waiting for Toyota Canada to step in otherwise I will raise that matter to media and report to creditors as well... I would never recommend Milton Toyota... More

Professional Service I recently took our new 2016 Toyota Seqouia in to have snow tires installed. I was able to easily look on line at all the tires available for our car, I recently took our new 2016 Toyota Seqouia in to have snow tires installed. I was able to easily look on line at all the tires available for our car, talk to the parts manager about the ones I was interested in, and book an appointment all in a few minutes. The young man at the service counter was both very professional and personable. The job was done at the time promised. More
