I have dealt with this dealership for the past ~25 years and found everyone most helpful & friendly. Their service has been great and the waiting room pleasant with television and coffee provided. I had a fantastic experience at Milton Chrysler with Joe. Over the phone he was extremely pleasant to deal with and was very polite. He walked me through the entire process while at the dealership. We talked about price and once he knew my budget he offered other vehicles that I wasn't even looking for. We ended up test driving a Chrysler 200 and I liked it right away. Joe was not pushy at all which was very important to me. The last thing I wanted was someone trying and trying to sell me a car. But Joe was very respectful and let me take my time while I thought about it and talked it through with my girlfriend. He is an excellent salesman and was interested in helping me get to a better price to fit my budget. I felt relaxed while deciding to purchase a car that I didn't even go there to look at in the first place. If Joe had not mentioned this vehicle, I may have walked out of the dealership without a new set of wheels.
