Gibson sales rep I provided a $500.00 deposit on a 2016 Town and Country to hold it until I came in from 2 1/2 away. I arrived on my scheduled time 2 days later. I went to look at it and ask for a test drive. On the dash was a sold label. The same sales rep , Gibson sold it twice. He provided more lies and bull than there is room to write on this page. This sales rep should be fired at minimum. Hes a prime example of why car salesmen get the bad rap they do. He has also given the company that employees him a negative rating. He tried everything to talk his way out of the lies. More

Spend your money elsewhere. WITHOUT PREJUDICE Went into Milton Chrysler dealership on Feb. 21st informing them that I was interested in buying the 2017 Challenger GT. They were WITHOUT PREJUDICE Went into Milton Chrysler dealership on Feb. 21st informing them that I was interested in buying the 2017 Challenger GT. They were not aware that it came in AWD. Had to contact corporate to confirm. That should have been my first indicator of incompetence, or just a general lack of knowledge. Regardless, we came to an agreement on price, for vehicle and options, and I left a deposit. Fast forward one month and we go to pick up our car. That evening I discover that the wrong radio head unit is installed. Not as simple as a nav/ no nav situation, but a difference in the 3rd generation being installed, when the 2017 Challengers, Chargers, and 300s were to come with the 4th generation Uconnect infotainment system. Less than 24 hours later I'm at the dealership letting them know what is going on. Long and short of it. "Not our problem. We did nothing wrong. Call Chrysler Canada." So, in contacting FCA Canada, they inform me that "vehicle was built the way the dealership ordered it." Basically, we did nothing wrong. So here's my conundrum. If Milton Chrysler says they didn't do anything wrong, and FCA Canada says they did nothing wrong, why is there a 3rd generation Uconnect head unit in my car, when there should be a 4th, and do I name just the dealership or both as defendants in a simplified process civil procedure? Just asking... More

Worst Consumer Experience of My Life Purchasing a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel at Milton Chrysler, has amounted to the worst consumer experience of my life. You mistakenly believe, when you purcha Purchasing a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel at Milton Chrysler, has amounted to the worst consumer experience of my life. You mistakenly believe, when you purchase a brand new vehicle, that you are not only covered by the manufacturers warranty, but the dealer from where it was purchased would on some level have your back. With Milton Chrysler, in combination with FCA, this is not the case. After driving the truck for 10,434 km. The fuel pump failed. In a diesel, when the high pressure fuel pump fails this results in a pretty expensive repair. After diagnosing the truck for a full 2 1/2 weeks, the diagnosis was that Kevyn put has put DEF in the fuel tank. Stupid Kevyn. As I had not been close to the truck with DEF I knew this this to be categorically false. What to do? I know. I will have the fuel tested. Their shop foreman sampled the fuel, and did things to ensure chain of custody can be proven. This fuel was taken to an independent lab for analysis. It is Diesel. That is it, clean diesel (diesel is essentially one step above asphalt, so clean is a relative term). The sample did have bits of metal from the failed fuel pump, ethanol droplets (a common additive now to all fuels) and 200 ppm water. 200ppm water is 20ml in a 100 ltr. tank, or 0.002ltrs. In a modern, recirculating diesel system, this is not a lot of water, and precisely why they put a water separator on the fuel system Milton Chrysler, with the help of FCA, changed the contamination diagnosis now to just being water. Nobody was ever able to explain to me why the on board water in fuel sensing instrumentation, fuel water separator, or the 3 micron water coalescing filter was unable to stop water, prior to catastrophically failing the fuel pump. "It doesn't always work" was all the service manager and shop foreman could offer. (I hardly believe it myself, and probably wouldn't in a 3rd party situation if a had not recorded it - and plenty more). And of course the lab test be damned. They have a test result that shows 100% contamination. They will not share this test report with me or even inform me what this contamination is. They then extorted $2,800.00 out of me for "diagnostics" and work already completed. (All "work" completed to this point was under the tutelage of FCA. I was simply informed as to what they were "trying") They did this under threat of lien against the truck. The result as of today is that my NEW 2016 truck has been off the road for 94 days. If anyone goes to this dealership and purchases a vehicle under the assumption that they, and by extension FCA, will have your back in the case of mechanical failure to your new vehicle. You are sadly mistaken. Buyer beware. We will now let the judge decide. More
