Seamless purchase of a used car My old car broke down unexpectedly. When I received a call from Service advising me that repair would cost more than the car value, I had to make the My old car broke down unexpectedly. When I received a call from Service advising me that repair would cost more than the car value, I had to make the difficult decision to purchase a new vehicle. I provided my budget and car criteria and within an hour, the staff had a recommendation for a used vehicle that met my needs. The same night, I came to the dealership and met with Joe for a test drive. I loved the car and the deal was done! I sat in Joe's office for only a few minutes while he copied my documents. It is to be noted that all the documents were already ready upon arrival, no need to wait, just had to sign. The finance manager also worked hard to find me the best car loan deal and insurance that fit my budget. That was the Thursday before Easter Friday. On Tuesday night my car was ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Good car, good service, no negative points to raise! More
