Avoid Milburn Auto Sales at all costs Sold me a car in need of an expensive repair without telling me. Upon purchase, I was told the air conditioning system was in perfect condition. Month Sold me a car in need of an expensive repair without telling me. Upon purchase, I was told the air conditioning system was in perfect condition. Months later, I tried to use the A/C and it only produced hot air. I contacted them about it and they said they couldn't help me. I contacted the owner of the dealership and he never responded. I resent the email and then called him on the phone, he said I was lying about the air conditioning not working and it's not their problem. This company does NOT stand behind their vehicles and should not be trusted. More

Two Big Thumbs Up!! Top class experience all around. Was almost ready to give up on my search for a “new” used car until I discovered Milburn Auto. Three other dealerships that I tried to do business wi Was almost ready to give up on my search for a “new” used car until I discovered Milburn Auto. Three other dealerships that I tried to do business with either never returned emails or had a take it or leave attitude. Found a car that I was interested in at Milburn and emailed them to setup a test drive the same day. I didn’t expect a reply but within 15 minutes of my email Andrew did reply that the car would be ready for a test drive at my specified time. When I arrived the car was waiting and ready for me to test drive. Andrew showed me around the car and handed me the keys and said to give it a good drive. Returned the car and told them I needed to think about it overnight. There was no pressure at all to buy it that night. Emailed that I would like another test drive and returned the next day for the test drive and again the car was ready and waiting at the time I specified. Agreed on a price and bought it that day. Andrew then handed me over to Gary who quickly prepared and finalized the paperwork. My only condition was that they let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out and they had no problem with that. My mechanic suggested a couple of minor items that should be looked at. When I came back from the mechanic told Gary about the items and he made a note of them and told me that they would be taken care of before they delivered the car to me. When I went to pick up the car the items were indeed done and the detailing that was performed on the car made it look like a brand new car. A mix-up on some winter floor mats was quickly and amicably taken care of by Andrew. One week in and I am very happy with my Scion iM. Also, received a Thank You card in the mail from Andrew. Milburn's really appreciates your business. I have never been treated this well by any dealer (new or used). Really appreciated the fact that they didn't try to squeeze every last cent from me. Unlike most dealerships they never tried to push a warranty, rust proofing, paint protection, fabric protection, security etching etc. Just a great positive purchase experience all around. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used car. You won't be disappointed. When I am looking for my next car there is no reason for me to go anywhere else other than Milburn. We had been to may of the dealerships who were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of us they possibly could. Milburn's was fantastic!. On the initial visit we told them what our budget would allow, and Andrew brought Gary in immediately to have him make a few calls to the various banks to see if they could find who was offering the best rate at a term we could afford. They spent quite some time working to find something that would work for us, whereas at a number of other dealerships we got a low ball offer on our trade in and an over-priced tag on what we wanted to get with a take it or leave it attitude. I highly recommend going to Milburn's over any of the dealerships in the future, we will be back when we need to replace our other vehicle. More
