I called and set up an appointment with Chris Van Wiechen to discuss this offer and found it to my liking. I have leased a 2017 Escape for 3 years. The service I received from Chris, and Peter (sales manager)was excellent. I would like to add I have been dealing with Eastgate Ford for the past 20 odd years and didn't think I would move(they gave me excellent service as well), but Chris and Peter made me feel that I was dealing with good people. He was even kind enough to look after our restless 7 year old while we went over the fiancing arrangement. Our son asked to go back and hang out with his new friend Chris. Just as impressive was the business manager Lisa Lampman. We had some tricky finances to work out, and in my opinion she was a miracle worker. She sorted things out quickly and with a professionalism that was simply wonderful. We are the proud owners of a new Ford Fiesta, and I will be purchasing all my cars from Mike Knapp in the future.
