Carelessness in servicing vehicle After having servicing done, the plate under engine was not secured properly and fell off on road. Was put back on with slip ties. When we received new Edge, windshield washer tank was almost empty. Vehicle was not cleaned properly inside for pick up. More

Appointments are finished on time, and the two Fusions I have are in top shape.
