Bought a brand new truck from them, worse thing I ever did. After the papers were signed was impossible to get ahold of the salesman. He was extremely quick to call me when he saw he forgot to bill me fo did. After the papers were signed was impossible to get ahold of the salesman. He was extremely quick to call me when he saw he forgot to bill me for plates even though I made it very clear that new plates were required and naturally he forgot. I have given the service department several chances to get things right and it has been nothing but disaster after disaster. From 6 hour oil changes to not getting the actual work done that I have called about it has been a nightmare. I would rate a zero star if it would let me. More

Went in for noisy rear brakes. Picked up later with damage. Dealer was very good. Ordered new bumper and looking after everything including rental vehicle. Edge is 9 months old. Made an appointment for a regular oil change two weeks ago at mike knapp dealership. Went in yesterday at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. Waited over an hour and at 9:50 said they were done. Found out they c ago at mike knapp dealership. Went in yesterday at 8:45 for a 9:00 appointment. Waited over an hour and at 9:50 said they were done. Found out they changed the oil, did inspections , & rotated tires. Wish they would've asked if I'd like this done as I literally put on winter tires last week; so waste of time. And as far as the inspection, vehicle has 1,300 kms on it, so there shouldn't be any issues. Should not have taken more than 20 min for a plain oil change booking two weeks in advance & without all the other unnecessary things done. More
