Her knowledge of the cars on the lot was extensive and I never felt rushed in making a decision. I have returned numerous times for oil changes and the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I will be purchasing future cars from this dealership and will absolutely recommend Mike Jackson GM to others as well. More

What a useless dealer !! This dealership should be closed. All the service people working here are BONEHEADS. They give a very bad name to General Motors. THis dealership should be closed. This dealership is worst. IF a customer does not buy vehicles, from they will tell the customers to go back to their "home dealership) (from where the vehicle was bought). They will not honour GM w vehicles, from they will tell the customers to go back to their "home dealership) (from where the vehicle was bought). They will not honour GM warranty. The service manager and the parts department is crooked and useless. This dealership should be closed. Since, they are the only GM dealership in Collingwood, they can get away, by harassing customers. Junk dealership.......... More
