I always feel looked after by this service dept It has happened a few times in the past, but my most recent experience was that I left there knowing that I could have spent more, or they could have It has happened a few times in the past, but my most recent experience was that I left there knowing that I could have spent more, or they could have pushed "less necessary" services on me, but they didn't. My service guy, Brent, and I chatted about where my family was in the lifespan of the vehicle, and we agreed on what needed to get done and what might be less essential. It's not always been my experience at other dealerships that the staff try to understand the client's needs - this is absolutely the case at Mike Jackson. Again, it wasn't the first time that I left feeling this way. Out of loyalty and reciprocity alone, we will consider a new car from MJ when it comes time to move on from our current vehicle. They've been loyal to me. More

Recently our Chevy spark used for our business was experiencing some mechanical issues with the engine light. Last Friday afternoon I reached out to the service department however was advised the sho experiencing some mechanical issues with the engine light. Last Friday afternoon I reached out to the service department however was advised the shop was completely booked up and wouldn’t be able to see the car for a week. As we use this car for business we jumped into next gear and decided on purchasing a new 2019. We made a selection however due to the time of the day we needed to come back the next day to see the sales manager to finalize the paper work. Upon returning we managed to drive the defective car back to the dealership. I reached out to Brent the service advisor Brent said the shop was busy and as a customer service gesture he would personally take a look at the car. Later in the afternoon Brent called us to come back and collect the car After all the car had only a loose spark plug resulting in some back firing and engine Rattling. So no need for a replacement car. Huge thank you to Brent for helping us without his honest and ethical service we would have been led to believe in purchasing a new car Thank you again Brent for your professional service More

Good Halloween Day! On October 31, 2018 we bought a new Malibu and on October 31, 2019 we bought a new Chevrolet Blazer. We can't afford to go back next Halloween. Everyone at the dealership is very pleasant and helpful, especially Mike Fiske. We went to the Service area to buy snow tires and were helped by Chris. He bent over backwards to find tires and rims for us. When we picked up the Blazer, Michelle was ready with all the paperwork. Overall, a great dealership to deal with. More
