Considering the recent changes to the way that we must conduct business we were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the attention to detail that we received. From the scheduling of the test drive, to the paperwork completion, and the delivery of the vehicle we were blown away. My wife and I were visiting Collingwood and my transmission cooling line on my GMC truck let go and was leaking fluid badly, I called Michael Jackson GM for an appointment and they were able to ge transmission cooling line on my GMC truck let go and was leaking fluid badly, I called Michael Jackson GM for an appointment and they were able to get me in for repairs the same day, they fixed my problem and found a few things that were in need of immediate attention which could have been dangerous for me and my family, after they contacted me and I gave my approval they proceaded to complete the nessacary repairs. Quite happy with the great service and would recommend them to my friends. More
I always feel looked after by this service dept It has happened a few times in the past, but my most recent experience was that I left there knowing that I could have spent more, or they could have It has happened a few times in the past, but my most recent experience was that I left there knowing that I could have spent more, or they could have pushed "less necessary" services on me, but they didn't. My service guy, Brent, and I chatted about where my family was in the lifespan of the vehicle, and we agreed on what needed to get done and what might be less essential. It's not always been my experience at other dealerships that the staff try to understand the client's needs - this is absolutely the case at Mike Jackson. Again, it wasn't the first time that I left feeling this way. Out of loyalty and reciprocity alone, we will consider a new car from MJ when it comes time to move on from our current vehicle. They've been loyal to me. More
