Would give zero stars if I could. Bought a 2023 sierra for 67k from the first oil change I brought up a transmission issue. I’ve had multiple conversations on multiple occasions while getting my services done here and they keep telling me it’s normal that the transmission slams into 1st gear while coming to a stop. And slams into second gear when accelerating. Can anybody with half a brain please tell me it’s normal and I’m wrong so I can apologize to the duck head manager there. If it’s not normal than I was definitely treated like trash. I brought the issue up once again and the manager came out saying that they don’t operate that way. If I don’t like it than leave. So I asked for my winter tires I stored there and that took 30 mins. I called the manager an xxxxxxx and left. Will never buy another gm again. You guys were known for longevity. Now you’re known for selling lemons and giving people the run around. I was literally at Canadian tire last week and ran into a local farmer that said he would never go back to you guys because of how he was treated. In the same line up another gentleman that owns a pond on Poplar side rd said the exact same thing. It’s sad too see people spend there hard earned money and be treated this way. I really hope I can figure out this problem with my transmission, otherwise anyone wanna buy a lemon for 35k ? 31km on it. Mint just a lemon that gm won’t help u with.
