No one tried to sell me a car I came in to test a used vehicle I saw online. The sales guy I dealt with was nice enough, but didn't do much to sell me a car, or even act like he ha I came in to test a used vehicle I saw online. The sales guy I dealt with was nice enough, but didn't do much to sell me a car, or even act like he had a pulse. The vehicle he showed me was absolutely filthy inside, caked with dried mud. The back seats had some kind of oil spilled on them. I was told the manager had been driving it home and basically using it as his own vehicle. Over all I was not impressed, I wanted to be sold a car not treated like an inconvenience for walking through the door. More
Smooth Transition from Old 2011 CX-9 to new 2016 CX-9 This is to express our gratitude and job well done to our salesman Edward Blazejewski at Midway in regards to the leasing of our new 2016 Mazda CX-9 S This is to express our gratitude and job well done to our salesman Edward Blazejewski at Midway in regards to the leasing of our new 2016 Mazda CX-9 Signature edition. Jeremy the Sales manager, and Rob the Finance Manager were extremely easy to deal with in getting our old 2011 CX-9 returned at the end of the lease and using the equity to put towards the down payment on our new CX-9. Edward made sure we were the first ones to test drive the very first 2016 CX-9 in the Midway lot as we had met with him initially to discuss our interest in the new version. He was very knowledgable about the changes in this year's Kodo design and had us out on the road behind the wheel of a GT version with the plastic protective sheeting barely off. His confidence in Mazda reaching a new level matching the coveted BMW, Merecedes brand was well founded as the new 2016 is a step up in every category from the previous CX-9. Needless to say we are now happily driving around our white signature edition after an enjoyable process with Edward and the rest of the Midway team, including some awesome photos of our new vehicle with us in it courtesy of Edwards phone imaging talents. Rude Service Department Manager Last month I went for regular maintenance after receiving tons of letters from them reminding me abt service due and informing me tht tegular maintena Last month I went for regular maintenance after receiving tons of letters from them reminding me abt service due and informing me tht tegular maintenance is free and if thr is a cost involved than they will let me knw upfront. To my horror the Manager called me.himself and told me abt the maintenance done and recommmended some additional.work. He asked me if i wanted the additional.work to be done. I said not this time, maybe later. Hearing.this he told me tht in tbt case I will be charges $56 and some cent.for solving the engine sign coming on the screen which was due to thermostat prob. When I asked him why I was been charged this amount.without informing.me upfront he was shockingly rude and told.me whether I expected.sercice from them free of charge. Imagine this xoming from a manager who is sending self signed letters thru post saying customer will be informed upfront abt any expense. He humiliated me by asking how did I expect free service. Someone should ask him why is he sending latters to customers trying to hoodwink them with false statements.. More
About 4 month's ago I went there to get a standard service done on my 2007 Mazda CX-9 which included Oil / Filter change and tire rotation. However, After 2 months I started realizing my car was start service done on my 2007 Mazda CX-9 which included Oil / Filter change and tire rotation. However, After 2 months I started realizing my car was starting to struggle when switching gears and my car felt unbalanced. So I decided to check my oil in my car and I realised my Oil was over filled by almost close to double the standard amount. On top of this, I recently had to change my brakes on my other car (Honda civic) and I was told by Canadian Tire some ways to know if your brakes are done (the squeaky noise and vibration). After talking to them I realised my brakes were done before I went for service and the unbalancing of my car was due to them not actually rotating my tires which involves taking off the tires and using it on the machine. At this time the mechanic is able to view the brakes and see if there is need for new ones. On top, of this I decided to call them and deal with them before publicly announcing it but I was hung up on the phone and was told I would receive a called back in a day...its been a week since. So at this moment, I am stuck with burnt out brakes, a flat tire and transmission issues with my car. THANK YOU MIDWAY MAZDA. More
