This review is after owning my 2017 Jeep Cherokee for almost 5 years. I'm quite happy with the vehicle itself, but not too impressed with the dealership. After owning the Jeep for less than a year, I sta almost 5 years. I'm quite happy with the vehicle itself, but not too impressed with the dealership. After owning the Jeep for less than a year, I started noticing rust on the wheel rims. I had purchased the extra rust protection package, so I brought it in to see about getting them replaced. "Sorry but rims aren't included in the rust protection" - really? Even without rust protection, if rims are rusting after less than a year perhaps there's a problem with them. Still no go. Fast forward to 2022 and I ended up having to replace all the rims at a huge cost because they had become porous. Another issue with this dealership is the constant harassment to trade up your vehicle. I put up with it for awhile, but eventually got fed up and complained about it. I had to repeat this process at least three times before they got the message - still receiving constant mailings though. Over the years, I or my business have purchased five vehicles from this location. The previous purchases were when it was under different ownership. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

He knew the vehicles we test drove inside out and backwards. He is very personable,, and has a great sense of humor...He makes you feel totally comfortable and doesn't try the usual high pressure sale... We will most definitely be going to see Chris for our next car..... More

Problems with a tonneau cover from day one was not attached to the vehicle upon pick up. I brought it back in was told it was broken they would order a new one two months later upon my follow up was told their was no order made...they had no receipt of that meanwhile I have my work order form showing that their was crooked? Crystal called me back to bully me and tell me it was never made like I was losing my mind....?? It never existed and they had no intention of replacing it. What company operates like this. ? Not a reputable one..then crystal says to me i guess you won't trust us anymore...why woukd I?? Clearly they didn't care one way or another. So now I am left with a broken tonneau cover. Terrible service. More

STAY AWAY! Liars and thiefs. They made a mistake on my price and tried to hold me accountable. When I told them they couldn’t they threatened to sell my vehicle to someone else at a higher price (I alread price and tried to hold me accountable. They’re liars, they’re cheats and even some of their staff will tell you so. The owner of this dealer hides behind an unqualified GM who has zero person skills and no idea what is legal and what isn’t. Stay far away from these guys they will sweet talk you right into taking your money and claim they make “no profit” when we all know they do! More
