Hello, I believe your complaint was previously submitted and responded to on another site. Previous response: We have taken the time to review your complaint with both our service staff and the staff involved at Ford Motor Company. I wanted to apologize that you have not been satisfied with your experience so far and I hope you can understand that the decision not to cover your steering wheel cover was not made at a dealership level. Our warranty process is very strict and as a dealership we are required to follow the Ford of Canada warranty process. In your particular case, the peeling on your steering wheel cover was submitted to two separate adjusters at Ford, both of which determined the damage was caused by an outside source. Although I understand this was not the answer you were looking for, this is not something we as a dealership have control over. Our Service Manager has done the best he can to assist you with this process despite the outcome not being to your satisfaction. We do not have the ability to fix your complaint and recover the costs from Ford as this repair was already deemed to be unwarrantable. The Owner and all of our management do not have any control over damages not being covered if determined to be caused by an outside source. I am sorry that we were not able to help further with this but do wish you the best moving forward with your vehicle. We believe the vehicle is an excellent product and we do stand behind it.
