Service Department at metro Ford is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Being a woman they treat me with the utmost courtesy and respect and do NOT sell me things on my car I do not need. I will never deal with Metro Ford again. My Ford Explorer suffered a COMPLETE power steering failure. Apparently it's a VERY COMMON problem with Explorer's but neither Metro Ford or Ford Canada will do anyth suffered a COMPLETE power steering failure. Apparently it's a VERY COMMON problem with Explorer's but neither Metro Ford or Ford Canada will do anything to help me. I even offered to purchase a new Ford if they helped me with the repair. They declined......Told them that neither me or my family would ever buy another Ford, '(#neverbuyanotherford), but I guess it doesn't matter to them. I travelled 800Km round trip to get this truck. I posted a review. The reply was that I had asked for the truck at cost, which is an outright lie. We had a deal through email and when I arrived the manager a review. The reply was that I had asked for the truck at cost, which is an outright lie. We had a deal through email and when I arrived the manager on duty tried to change it. He said "I have a local buyer and he will get service done here, buy parts and accessories"and I would not. When I posted this on their website I got back nothing but excuses. The person who replied did not even have the facts straight and pretty much blew me off. The deal was that we would split the document fee. I did not ask for deal on the truck as he suggested in his reply. Very poor customer service and if they hadn't had the only truck of its kind in the province I would never have dealt with them. I would. not recommend this dealership to anyone. The reply also asked why I did not buy this from a local dealer! I could not special. order this truck and this dealership had the only one in the province. Not good dealership to deal with. More

Bought a brand new vehicle! Exceptional service while in the process of buying. Gave me confident answers to my questions. But now I've bought the vehicle and the customer journey ends there. I used to deal with a different dealership until I was told that one of the 4 trucks that was approved by ford was sold to someone else and none is available at other dealerships. I then contacted Metro F told that one of the 4 trucks that was approved by ford was sold to someone else and none is available at other dealerships. I then contacted Metro Ford and they had total of 6 trucks available. Ken Zutz helped me to get all approved. I saw later that one of the trucks had more Kms than expected for a new trucks. Ken dealt with the issue in a professional way. He was very helpful. Great service. I will be back for more. More
Bought my 2017 Escape here back in 2016.. At the time, felt really pressured into the sale and the extra maintenance package where the numbers are presented to you in a way that is a bit deceiving. Now, was looking to get into a Ford Ranger. the salesman really had zero interest in helping us find a ranger that fit our needs, i.e. check other dealers for something that was a fit. Constantly had to email to follow up to see if he could help me and just didn't seem interested. Other Ford dealerships were more than willing to do whatever it took to get our business, but not this guy. Emailed the sales manager Kevin, didn't even give me the courtesy of a response to my email. Gladly, i've gone and bought a GMC and would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone who values good service as part of their experience. Shameful. More
