Kudos to Jake in Service. I recently had my 2018 Murano in for service as I was experiencing a clunk in the front end. As it turned out, the issue was a failed upper strut Bea I recently had my 2018 Murano in for service as I was experiencing a clunk in the front end. As it turned out, the issue was a failed upper strut Bearing. Even though it was NOT covered by warranty, Jake went to bat for me and was able to convince Nissan to replace the part at no cost to me. So I am EXTREMELY impressed with the level of customer service and going the extra mile for their customers. Thank you and I look forward to a long relationship. More
And I thought I was the only one that has had trouble at Mertin Nissan. Rick was Great but since he has gone to Toyota the service has become truly awful. You pay big Money for a Nissan product and it seems that this dealership they love to play BADDDD! games with their customers. I do hope this changes for the positive soon. If not I swear I will never again buy another product at a Mertin dealership! More
The experience with Mertin Nissan has been deplorable. I am a business owner and bought a car here for my daughter to use in our business. Was thinking of buying more vehicles here until I actually bought o am a business owner and bought a car here for my daughter to use in our business. Was thinking of buying more vehicles here until I actually bought one and had it fail several times and no reasonable response. The car at day 6 after purchase died on the highway with no warning at all. It has happened three times since. When the dealer was contacted they attempted evade responsability. I had my daughter bring it to their shop even though they said they would not take any responsability for it and I would have to pay for the troubleshooting and rentacar. The car is dangerous to drive as it dies anywhere at anytime with no warning at all and has from the 6th day it was purchased. Come on - thats not reasonable. Can you imagine having your daughter (or anybody else for that matter in this vehicle). My daughter will be working in the interior of B.C. doing sales calls on the road during the winter and the car was purchased for that. I absolutely will not send her into a freezing cold B.C. environment transiting remote areas in freezing conditions or otherwise with this car. Even trying to pull off the highway the last two times as the car died almost caused a high speed accident. The car is dangerous and after writing a letter to Mertin Nissan and several phone calls, I have yet to have any kind of response towards a solution or actually any reasonable response at all. In short I have been ignored. My daughter is now driving a rental car and I have left the car at the Nissan dealership trying to get a response - but none. Now I want them to take the car back and pay for rental car, taxes paid, towing (multiple occasions) and the bills for having people look at it. This is incredible. It looks like its time to lawyer up and go to the Rip Off Report, Better Business Beareau, Car Fax, Dunn and Brad Street and all the rest that I might be able to find. There is nothing worse than having something like this happen and being ignored. This is a nightmare and a major distraction. Be careful people I would not recommend this dealership. More
What Mertin Nissan no longer has a service manager. Take vehicle in for waranty stuff. Comes back with a no problems yet one of the problems really stands out as tranny is not downshifting when wanted but vehicle in for waranty stuff. Supposed take for a 10 minute test drive could not even do that as there was a whole one additional ONE K on the clock....Thank you Mertin! More
Purchased a Hyundai Elantra second hand. Went through a lot of hardship with dealership. I also had a trade in, got ripped off seriously. They have sold me a lemon not revealing cars history. Just to find out 8 months later the paint is chipping off in clumps. Not happy with experience would not recommend this to nobody. Another issue the car was very dirty inside as I have asked to have it cleaned which wasn't performed. I had to pay for my own detailing later. More

No support for Leaf Dealership was only interested in selling cars. Once bought, support was non existent.
