If I could rate 0, I would. ESPECIALLY, Service "Director" Jimmy Mandalis, who is a disrespectful, arrogant individual who does not care about your experience. I got told to "Get the F* out of my office*" while he was hand-gesturing and shuffling his papers at me. He could not withstand that I had all the facts laid out about my negative experience and that the quality of the repairs are mediocre at best, on a good day. Sexist, complexed and insecure leadership-level who clearly takes his "title" way too seriously. Not worth a penny. Never EVER going back to Mercedes in my ENTIRE life. You just lost a customer for LIFE. More

Fast forward, i get another call, battery is dead what to do? I told him, i don't care, i drove it in, i will drive it out. Now i need to boost every day. Spoke to service manager Jimmy, could have been the worst call ever. Completely rude didn't let me talk. Said I know where this is going so have a nice day, Its customer service people like him are what make people to POSTAL. SHAME ON YOU More

I have a E 400 2017 it is the third Mercedes E class purchased from West Island Mercedes... On July 24th 2020 the air suspension exploded.. My car had to be towed by Mercedes emergency to the west isla purchased from West Island Mercedes... On July 24th 2020 the air suspension exploded.. My car had to be towed by Mercedes emergency to the west island dealership... Turns out they did not have the replacement part, nor (according to them) was the part available in Canada..it is now the 18th of September, almost a month and no part, no car! They have offered me a loaner,but refuse to deliver it downtown Montreal where I reside. I was planning on buying a new 2021 E 450, however I am seriously reconsidering! More

The bumper is now put back on with a gap wide enough to stick my fingers in it. There WAS a previous workd order showing damage UNDER the bumper which I am aware of, however the top of the bumper was on the car PROPERLY when I dropped it ff over three weeks ago.. After disputes with them and Mercedes Canada - they will not simply look at the footage to PROVE I did not bring the car in this way. Thanks for the new bill i have to pay. Selling my car to avoid dealing with MERCEDES ever again. WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!! More
