He goes above and beyond his duties, even calling Uber for pick ups and drop offs. He checks and explains in detail what needs to get done and reports with completed checklist. The new manager is very professional and helpful. From the courteous reception, to Bryan of Finance, to Alex who fixed and activated the Mercedez Me subscription I had issues with for 3 years and all the sales staff, you represent luxury service to luxury car owners. :) Kudos to all of you! Mr. Jake Church, GM, and his team provided me with excellent customer service. I bought a used car, and after 7 days, the trunk won’t open. I wrote Jake an email. He asked his service department to excellent customer service. I bought a used car, and after 7 days, the trunk won’t open. I wrote Jake an email. He asked his service department to fix my problem. After a few days, two of my fobs stopped working. He again stood beside me and gave me two new fobs. I am very happy with their overall customer service. Eddie in sales and Aleksandar in the service department were also very helpful. I chose this dealership to buy the car, even though I live in North Vancouver.
