He goes above and beyond his duties, even calling Uber for pick ups and drop offs. He checks and explains in detail what needs to get done and reports with completed checklist. The new manager is very professional and helpful. Mr. Jake Church, GM, and his team provided me with excellent customer service. I bought a used car, and after 7 days, the trunk won’t open. I wrote Jake an email. After a few days, two of my fobs stopped working. He again stood beside me and gave me two new fobs. I am very happy with their overall customer service. Eddie in sales and Aleksandar in the service department were also very helpful. I chose this dealership to buy the car, even though I live in North Vancouver.
