Horrific Service Experience and treatment!!!We are a Horrific Service Experience and treatment!!! We are a new Mercedes SL63 AMG owner, and booked our service call to check out the 'check engine' ligh Horrific Service Experience and treatment!!! We are a new Mercedes SL63 AMG owner, and booked our service call to check out the 'check engine' light, get an oil change and get service records so that we could see if know factory fault had been addressed. We wanted to get vehicle service history to see if head bolts issue had been repaired. The web page said they had workstation and coffee to enable my husband to work there as it is a 1 1/2 drive from our home to the dealer. Net is that they didn't offer coffee, had no workstation for him, and was treated totally rudely by the service advise Emily. My husband is a very calm, easy going person. When he came home from the dealer, he was ranting and raving on the total experience. He was to go back to replace head gasket. We checked the engine to see how looked and were very dismayed that the formerly pristine engine had oil on it, and had not been wiped off! I decided to try to follow-up with the service adviser and net is was subjected to the most awful service experience in my life. I am very knowledgeable on vehicles having grown up in the automotive industry and also repaired my own cars in the past. The advisor was rude, did not address my issues and totally dismissed me as a customer. We cancelled the followup appointment and also logged a formal complaint with Mercedes Benz headquarters. We are very disappointed with the hole service experience and hope that we can find a dealer to help us maintain our beautifully designed and engineered car that we love to drive. Otherwise we may investigate selling it and going back to the other manufacturers who have always delivered stellar service, even though their cars were much less expensive. More
Service Excellence I have owned Mercedes vehicles for about 10 years, with the preset vehicle for about 5 years now. Thus I have has a number of maintenance and service I have owned Mercedes vehicles for about 10 years, with the preset vehicle for about 5 years now. Thus I have has a number of maintenance and service visits to the dealership. My overall experience is very positive with the interaction and responsiveness of the Service team and the quality of the work carried out. I choose Mercedes vehicles because of their engineering and design quality and recognize the expenses associated with service and maintenance. The Service manager is always clear about the service requirements and associated costs and communicates such in a professionald and approachable manner. Yes I have had some problems with the vehicle outside of scheduled maintenance. I always research the diagnoses and repair requirements on Benzworld and other web sites. More often than not the estimates are in line sometimes relatively competitive. I drive to Florida 2 or 3 times a year so I need reliability which I believe the Windsor service team provides. On occasions I have had service work by Mercedes of Ft Myers, Mercedes Windsor although smaller is just as good More

Question them about overcharged and dealership is not willing to redo invoice or refund. A bunch of dishonest people at service department, front desk and general manager. Preventive Maintenance services I called for quotes on three different preventative maintenance services. Service advisor quoted me on their prices. When I decided to choose this dealership for service upon completion of three service the prices was more on invoice and it was not close to what was quoted. Clearly lied, faslefied and cheat me. This dealership should not be trust for any Mercedes Benz service needs. These people are Windsor Villager jerks and dishonest. To gain business they tell less amount in quotes when in fact their invoice is much higher. Example for tune up work on GL550 was CAD $399.95 on phone quote but on invoice it turn out to be CAD $491. The service advisor and service manager should immediately stop doing this nonsense. They even promise a loaner and never give one and instead tells me to get myself a rental car. I made a mistake of having my vehicle service here and end up paying CAD $1141. Both these people should be fired for this dealership immediately. Ignorence is not an excuse. More

Bad Sales Experience! This dealer will steal and lie to you to get the deal done. One other thing they did was give Mercedes-Benz a wrong email address so I could not fill out the online survey. They had the proper email while trying to sell me a car! Run far away from this dealership. More
