Worst Customer Service EVER You will receive the worst customer service if you are a female. I went to pick up my new car and waited for over 15 min as all the men there looked a You will receive the worst customer service if you are a female. I went to pick up my new car and waited for over 15 min as all the men there looked at me and walked away ( i was the only customer in the place at the time). No one asked me if i needed help or why i was there. So when i spoke up asking " will anyone help me or do you only help out men in suits" i was then asked " What are you here for" not a So sorry how can we help you. I had my three kids with me. My car was supposed to be ready last week and when they called me to come get it, i get there and they found another problem.. I will never go back there EVER again. I guess you have to look like you have money to be helped. at this MB location. MB if you want to keep customers i suggest training your employees how to be GOOD sales people. I get better service at the Tim's drive thru . I fell belittled as a women. If my complaint is not actions i will go to the media. More

The Service Manager at MB Newmarket, Tony McQuillan, needs to find a new career. Their moto 'Our number one priority is to exceed your expectations by providing the highest level of service' is just words and a bunch of BS. I had escalated this experience to Head Office at MB and did not receive a call back from them either. Newmarket MB sold me a vehicle with defective parts and nobody wanted to take ownership. Now that's service for you! I never will purchase a MB from this dealership again or have any service done to any of my vehicles here again. They are crooks. More
