He demonstrated 2 different models and helped us to choose the right vehicle and the right packages we needed , as long as a very reasonable final price. We were happy with the deal. Purchase of 2013 Mercedes Benz C350 Walked into the Newmarket dealership. The staff was very helpful and asked how we could be assisted. They promptly had us meet the salesman, Bill Walked into the Newmarket dealership. The staff was very helpful and asked how we could be assisted. They promptly had us meet the salesman, Bill Zheng who was very helpful. Went out for a test drive. Liked the car, and we started to finalize the Sale. We met the Used vehicle Sales Manager Mark, who we negotiated a fair price. Both Bill and Mark were very helpful and made the purchase of our vehicle very pleasant. Terrible service and possibly worse Went here as friend works for Corporate. Actually wife went in, visible minority female .Was basically ignored and repeatedly ask for someone to help. Anyway, based on other posts, perhaps a male female thing. Should have walked but again , have friends with Mercedes. Got the vehicle, wife drives it and gets terrible service every time in. Told no loaners on day of choice so please come in on.. Specifically requested loaner as she had to be out of town on the day they chose and, had to take three other people as well. Dropped off car at 8 but was told no loaner available despite booking. They have 12 available but within first 30 minutes of opening all gone or not returned from day before? Took her to rental place and got her a Hyundai Accent basic no snow tires etc. Not suitable for talking her group to Toronto .We said we could leave as late as three PM. Our car there all day. was told nothing would be available. So, I drove back 100k and gave her my car and lost a lot of billable client hours as a result, When asked about this and if they help us I anyway, they stated they paid for the rental. I drive an Audi and when nothing available , they give me one of the sales persons cars. they could have just finished the work on our car quicker, as it wasn't more than a couple hours work and they had it since 8am. They could have a given a break on the service hours cost, they could have apologized. have had other issues with this place also. Reading the other posts, I would surmise they definitely have issues, treat persons unequally and have a sense of entitlement. Like the SUV but would strongly advise you seek a different dealer if wanting a Mercedes. one star as I have to click on it. ZERO is appropriate. More

very poor customer service I went to Newmarket dealer for financing a CLA Mercedes. I had an appointment for test drive. first of all it took half an hour to bring the car because it was out of gas. they didn't clean the car and the salesman even didn't try to explain and sell anything, he was very unprofessional salesman that I've ever seen. even he couldn't calculate any basic things and for every answer called to his manager. I don't recommend this dealer because you will not get a good deal. More

Worst Customer Service EVER You will receive the worst customer service if you are a female. I went to pick up my new car and waited for over 15 min as all the men there looked a You will receive the worst customer service if you are a female. I went to pick up my new car and waited for over 15 min as all the men there looked at me and walked away ( i was the only customer in the place at the time). No one asked me if i needed help or why i was there. So when i spoke up asking " will anyone help me or do you only help out men in suits" i was then asked " What are you here for" not a So sorry how can we help you. I had my three kids with me. My car was supposed to be ready last week and when they called me to come get it, i get there and they found another problem.. I will never go back there EVER again. I guess you have to look like you have money to be helped. at this MB location. MB if you want to keep customers i suggest training your employees how to be GOOD sales people. I get better service at the Tim's drive thru . I fell belittled as a women. If my complaint is not actions i will go to the media. More
