Despite a hiccup on my part she did the absolute best to make sure we came on top even though the easy answer was just to let us deal with it after the fact. She's always prompt with her answer anytime I have a question and is genuinly happy to help. She still manages to call and email us regularly to see how the wife and I are doing. Her candour gives us the assurance that she truly cares and will be there for us when we need her the most. So far my experience with Sonia has been excellent but in saying that the dealership and the staff are also very lovely. My daughter's prior experience with Newmarket MB of several years ago was not as impressive. In the end, I purchased a GLC 300 and have enjoyed it every day since.
