You do not have to ask for anything he will gladly give you every value for your trade in our experience plus very reasonable discounts. It is such a walk in the park my wife and I to walk out the dealership having signed a contract for an upgrade. Seamless transaction, we enjoy the whole entire process. His leadership with the rest of the team even made our experience a wonderful one. We have had some set back throughout the whole entire process but Eric is on top of everything to ensure we are well taken care of. To the owner of this dealership, you wouldn’t wanna loose this man in your team. He is a big asset to your team. So take good care of him. Denise Doyle - Brand Ambassador Denise was very patient showing us around with all the units that we are interested. She explains the features and the value of the car very well. Seamless signing of paper works upon pick, very well organize. We have had some hiccups with the delivery details but definitely will not compromise the quality of service with our wonderful experience. Newsha Sadr - Financial Sales Manager Newsha worked really hard even off hours to ensure our financial requirements are accounted for. She is very knowledgeable about the extra warranty and protection of the car but never was imposing. Being a consumer my wife and I hate very aggressive staff. Newsha is very relax offering us everything that can add value to our purchase. Lynda Do - Delivery Specialist Lynda is very knowledgeable about the features of the car so as the app. She explained every feature very well and take her time walking us through the whole entire operation of the car. When she popped the trunk, the detailing is stunning. It is literally jaw dropping no exaggeration. This is the cleanest used car we have ever picked up. Lynda even washed the license and install it to the new car.The money spent on detailing is definitely worth it. Kudos detailer. If only we can give more than 5 star we would. The whole entire experience is exceptional. It is definitely worth to check this dealership and start a conversation with Eric and he will take care of you. More

Today I was so impressed with the immediate assistance I received from Jonathon Almeida in Service. I had just one key for my Mercedes as my husband had the other one. Jonathon took the time to walk me through the steps needed to open up my fob and install a new battery (which thankfully I had in the house!) Poor car and customer service. I left my car overnight for repairs at Mercedes-Benz Newmarket. When I returned, they claimed an animal had chewed the repaired part. They blamed me for it and gave me a quote to fix the damage. On my next visit, they told me the quote was “wrong” — they had forgotten to include some charges — and forced me to pay extra fees on top. This situation was absolutely not my fault. Completely unacceptable service — I will never trust them with my vehicle again. More
I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ve been using this dealership for a while. Every time I have an issue they go way above to help solve it. Staff are all super friendly from sale I’ve been using this dealership for a while. Every time I have an issue they go way above to help solve it. Staff are all super friendly from sales to front desk and service or to the management. I’ve even met the owner who personally came and shook my hand after a vehicle purchase. Never have I had a negative experience because you can tell they are trained properly and only people who actually care are hired here. More
