Today I was so impressed with the immediate assistance I received from Jonathon Almeida in Service. I had just one key for my Mercedes as my husband had the other one. Poor car and customer service. I left my car overnight for repairs at Mercedes-Benz Newmarket. When I returned, they claimed an animal had chewed the repaired part. They blamed me for it and gave me a quote to fix the damage. On my next visit, they told me the quote was “wrong” — they had forgotten to include some charges — and forced me to pay extra fees on top. This situation was absolutely not my fault. Completely unacceptable service — I will never trust them with my vehicle again. More

I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I’ve been using this dealership for a while. Every time I have an issue they go way above to help solve it.
