Mercedes Service rep rips off women I let my daughter take in our new Benz for its first service. Advisor 770 at Midtown took such advantage of her he chaged for fuel additives windshiel I let my daughter take in our new Benz for its first service. Advisor 770 at Midtown took such advantage of her he chaged for fuel additives windshield washer fluid and additives plus key fob batteries anything he could sneak through an unsuspecting client. This is our 4th Benz and last. I explained to her what he did and how she was ripped off. Shr will now share her experience with all her friends famues. We recently took possession of new Porsche as replacement for E class and still have this Benz for 2 more yrs. . Very bad business move on their behalf. More

We have been shopping around, test driving various EVs before coming to Midtown. We were both impressed by the knowledge Chris Meertins, our salesperson, had on the Smart for Two. From our experience, this is rare to find salespeople with EV knowledge in the car dealerships in southern Ontario about the EVs their companies manufacture. We had done extensive homework ourselves and so we knew that Chris was giving us the straight goods on the car. We got a terrific deal on the lease - more competitive than other EV deals we had been offered. We had a bit of a concern about the size of the car because we have a 6' 2" son but Chris, who is 6'6" demonstrated that there was no problem here. It is a cute car and we look forward to all the money we will be saving running it! Thanks Chris. More

My fiance and I came into the dealership this week, after a couple of months of searching through used GLK's and wanting information on a new vehicle lease. We did not think that our budget would allow us to lease a new vehicle and we were simply looking for information. The sales associate, Geoff Mokry, spent a solid 2+ hours working with us, answering our questions, and providing information on various discounts available to us. He took us for a test drive and was very thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle. Geoff was able to get the lease price to a number that was within our budget, and we ended up with not only our dream car, but a brand new and fully loaded one! We picked up the vehicle yesterday and again, Geoff was so helpful in explaining all aspects of the vehicle to us. He has been a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with our experience in leasing our first Mercedes Benz! More
Caveat Emptor We bought a new b250 from midtown last year and had some issues with engine light coming on within 10 months of purchase. We were told to bring it in and they would perform the annual maintenance at the same time. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment so we decided to do the maintenance as well rather than bring it in again in another month (when it was due). Engine light issue was determined to be a faulty connection and we signed up for 4 year prepaid maintenance to save 25%. That was a big mistake. The car was in an accident 3 weeks later and written off but MB refused to refund the remaining 3 years worth of maintenance ($1200) - even though we got the maintenance done before it was due because of the faulty engine light. We will never buy from that dealership again. terrible service More
Defaulted on the contract I bought a used B200 from this Dealership. Part of the contract was that I would also get a a set of used alloy rims and winter tires. I gave the sa I bought a used B200 from this Dealership. Part of the contract was that I would also get a a set of used alloy rims and winter tires. I gave the salesperson Bryan Hazczyn and his Manager Luis Gonzalez from April - October to deliver the tires and rims. After many emails, they delivered a set of tires and rims in November - when I was going to have them installed I realized that the rims were the wrong size (they had also decided to down size the tires). When I went to resolve the issue they were very rude and offered only to replace the wrong rims with steel wheels vs. alloys. They also promised to reimburse the $75 fee that my installer had to charge for showing up - they have not contacted me to resolve despite repeated requests. You cannot trust this Dealership even if you have a signed agreement. I will not use them for any future purchases or service work as a result. More

Very disappointd I visited MB Midtown and just want to express my disappointment for a "luxury experience". I went to the dealership with my trade and met with a sales I visited MB Midtown and just want to express my disappointment for a "luxury experience". I went to the dealership with my trade and met with a salesperson with the intention to lease a car that week. Reception was great but must say that the rest was disappointing. The salesperson was very nice but I was not offered a beverage, a test drive, an appraisal of my trade or any follow up what so ever. I proceeded to On The Park Lexus where I ended up leasing an IS350 Sport and the experience was fantastic, from reception to delivery and service. During the process, I was referred to Mercedes Downtown and dealt with Carmen Beck-Sharman, who was exceptional. Drove 3 vehicles, appraised my trade and attempted to close the deal, which I expected and wanted. She is very professional, thorough and personable, which I appreciate, having been in the business for 25 years, in various roles, including the Director level. I will continue to refer any people I know that are interested in a MB to her, as she represents the "good" in the business and MB corporate would do well to move her up in the company, as she "gets it". Too bad because I loved the new C400 Sedan and consider myself an "car nut" (or just a nut?). The fact that my first, less-than-desirable experience was at their Head Office retail location disturbs me somewhat but I recognize that is the state of the industry in some instances. Will definitely consider an MB in the future but I will deal with Carmen at Downtown and not the Midtown location. Anyone looking for an MB would do well dealing with her, as the MB brand deserves people like her. More
