To date i have had more then a dozen service appointments regarding the same issue. Brakes, rotors, tires, windshield whippers, and now the transmission and engine is giving me issues. I highly recommend finding another Mercedes dealer to shop with or even better another brand (no issues ever with Audi and Lexus) Stay away from here its not about me getting a lemon vehicle its about how they treated the situation and how they treated me as a customer. Excuses, lies and false explanations. Brakes and rotors changed 4 times only at 39 thousand km!!!! Stay away from here they will gladly take your money but are not interested in helping you after. Lesson learned luckily at a good age. Will never shop at Mercedes and defiantly not this dealer horrible service. The 60 Thousand dollar lemon. More
2015 GLK 250 Dud I would rate this dealership and MB overall 0 stars. My experience mainly pertains to Mr. Geoff Mokry (salesperson) and his colleagues at MB Midtown. I would rate this dealership and MB overall 0 stars. My experience mainly pertains to Mr. Geoff Mokry (salesperson) and his colleagues at MB Midtown. Firstly, Geoff Mokry is all about the bottom line and his own commission. After that, you’re on your own as his customer. As other reviews about him will concur, he is a rude and condescending individual. On our first visit to the dealership in July 2015 he made a comment about trading in old non-MB vehicles and crashing them into the walls outside the dealership for fun. He then tried to sell us a showroom model car for full price telling us that it was “an honour and privilege” to buy a showroom car that hundreds of people have sat in. He eventually sold us a 2015 GLK 250. Since buying this car, it has been nothing but defect after defect and expense after expense. He and his company refuse to take any responsibility for this. I’ve outlined below all the issues this car has had since first buying it in July 2015. 1. May/June 2016 - Check engine light come on while driving on the highway. I was told there was a problem with the air filter/sensor. It was replaced for free, but I was not given a loaner and made to pay for a rental while the fix was made. 2. Summer 2017 - Error message appeared indicating there was something wrong with the airbags/airbag sensors. They repaired it under warranty, but took almost a whole week. 3. Dec 2017 - The door sensor (for keyless entry) on the driver side stopped working along with the blind spot sensors also stopped working. I was told the KM on the car put it out of warranty for the sensors even though it was only a 2.5 year old car. They refused to fix it under warranty. 4. Apr 2018 - Check engine light came on. 5. May 2018 - The car literally went dead. Wouldn’t start, no lights on the dash, couldn’t open or lock the car with the key fob. Towed it to MB Markham. They told me it would take 8 hours at $100+/ hour just to diagnose it. Literally $800+ to only figure out the issue. Parts and labour would then be on top. After this last straw with the car dying, I emailed and called Geoff. Here was his response in point form: 1. Why didn’t you buy the $2000+ extended warranty? 2. 4-5 issues on a 2.5 year old Mercedes is normal. 3. Why don’t you trade the car in and buy a brand new car? He refused to stand by the dud he sold us and have it fixed under warranty. He remains focused on lining his own pockets and trying to persuade us to buy another Mercedes. Consumers nowadays are smart and do their research before making huge decisions like buying a car. I hope that this review will warn potential MB customers and dissuade them from doing business with MB and specifically MB Midtown and Geoff Mokry. I stand by everything written in this review and having nothing against anyone contacting me for further information. I am easily found on Facebook. More

Excellent service I have been servicing my C class at the Midtown Mercedes dealership for 2-1/2 years. The staff have been friendly. The lady in the reception always I have been servicing my C class at the Midtown Mercedes dealership for 2-1/2 years. The staff have been friendly. The lady in the reception always greets with a smile. My car recently had a wiring harness problem and the dealership had to specially order the part from Germany. The service advisor DN handled it with utmost care. I was given a loaner car while I waited for the part to arrive. I got regular updates from the service advisor regarding the progress of the work. He was kind enough to even inform me the days when he was off and he had arranged for someone else to keep me posted while he was away. They kept my mind at peace, while they analyzed and fixed the problem. I would recommend this dealership, based on my positive experience every single time that I had serviced my car here. More

Furthermore, my car was returned with new scratches on it after they were negligent enough to leave it outside during stormy weather. The service manager, Steve Porter, is very unprofessional. Did not return any calls or want to address my concerns. Really a disgrace to their brand. More

Diesel instead of gas My 1 month old Mercedes stalled on the road. No one would pick up the phone. When I did arrange with them to get the car to the service station some Mr Heman insisted that we have put gasoline in it i stead of diesel. He also insisted that he has done all the necessary tests and it is indeed gasoline. I was shocked because o have always driven diesel cars. Long story short, We wanted all the test to be done in front of us. All the tests came negative. It was a problem with the car itself. they did take care of it. Herman was never contrite for putting us through that stress for 2 days. All in all a bad experience. More
