When questioned about the legality, their response is nonchalant, stating they follow Zanchin Group's directives, seemingly indifferent to legal constraints. Took my car for an emergency service, windshield wipers not working. I called the service desk and they informed me to drop my car off. The service was quick, and efficient. #1 - The service desk is chronically understaffed. #2 - The phone service line will never receive your call (either understaffed or nobody cares) #3 - The level of customer service is far from #2 - The phone service line will never receive your call (either understaffed or nobody cares) #3 - The level of customer service is far from MB standards. Unless this is standard Service A/B, you will never get a proper and user friendly communication of the tech issue. The workflow of Reception-to-Service-back-to-Reception is terrible. At payment - you should ALWAYS check the work done / fees/totals. Mistakes happen. Nobody cares. Nobody will proactively explain you (unless you stop and ask) what actual service/work your car has received. When you are paying an average of 700-1000 per visit, this is more than frustrating... #4 - If you are waiting for a cab - good luck. You will be simply forgotten in the lobby (because of #1,#2). Come and stay at the reception untill you have the message from UBER. #5 - No Loaners being offered these days. Really? this is MB level? "Just pay and shut up, there are no laner-cars available in Canada" - this is the attitude. It's better to close this branch earlier (because it will be closed soon anyway - there will be a development in the area) and say good-buy to your customers. IMO - the manager of the branch is making the "final squeeze" and a very poor-service to the MB brand! MB HQ - you are welcome to investigate. I sent my 2012 ML550 to the Midtown Mercedes dealership for annual maintenance service on Saturday. I dropped the car at the dealership at 8:30 am, after that I asked the front desk to book me a ride to my for annual maintenance service on Saturday. I dropped the car at the dealership at 8:30 am, after that I asked the front desk to book me a ride to my home. Jack Kassabian is my service advisor. We chat briefly about the service. Nobody had mentioned anything wrong with my car while I was waiting in the lobby. The cab arrived and I was sent home. At 9:05 am, I was already at home and Jack texted me a message saying windows are not working properly on the driver's side. I am not very surprised or concerned about it. At 1 pm, I received a text message saying my car is ready for pickup. So I took a cab to the dealership to pick up my car. After I paid the service bill and got the key and was about to drive my car home, I noticed that none of the windows are working, I couldn't roll up/down. All of the power seat buttons are not functional EITHER. I reported the issue to Jack. But he said the problems were already there before the service. Of course, I disagreed with him. This is our daily family car. Both the windows and power seats were working properly. My wife and I have no issues driving the car before the service. Now the car is unsafe to drive and in undrivable condition. I escalated the matter to the duty manager Mert Senkalayci and talked about it, surprisingly he said if I don't pay to fix the problem, he let me take the key and go home. How can he do that to a customer knowing that the car is now unsafe and is dangerous to drive? He was rude and unprofessional throughout our conversation. The only he wanted to do is to push all the problems back to the customer and let them pay. My experience with MB today is so BAD, BAD, BAD..... and it ruined my weekend as well. I had been waiting at the dealership for 3 hours without lunch. I've been servicing my car at your dealership every year since I bought it and I never experienced such bad service like this. Finally, I gave up and rent a car to get home. More

I had my GLK in for service at Midtown and took a rental car. My adviser let me know it was ready, unfortunately I lost track of time and when realized my house keys were still on GLK ring it was almost 6pm car. Made it there just after 6 and caught the last service adviser Mert, who was on his way out the door. He was kind enough to at least grab my keys but then also made sure i was able to pay for and pick my car so the rental could be returned same day. Thanks very much Mert. What a great team at Midtown! More
