Mercedes-Benz London is an incredible dealership. I have purchased four new vehicles there, and all of these cars have been serviced there as well. As I live in Windsor, the dealership sends a driver down w purchased four new vehicles there, and all of these cars have been serviced there as well. As I live in Windsor, the dealership sends a driver down with a loaner. While my car is being serviced, Markus Widmer will update me and then inform me of the return time of my car. My car is always returned to me in pristine condition, with exterior and interior spotlessly clean. I seldom have had any serious issues with my cars, but if there has been one, it has always been resolved on the first visit. All other issues or maintenance checks are always completed in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough about Markus or the dealership. It is every bit as impressive as the Mercedes brand and the cars are only as good as the service which backs them up. More

Tony Yang is a great help at Mercedes. We call him up at any time of need for service on our vehicle and he arranges for our car to be picked up and dropped back off to us and also provides us with a loaner any time of need for service on our vehicle and he arranges for our car to be picked up and dropped back off to us and also provides us with a loaner for the day.
