How buying snow tires turned into buying a new C300 I came in to buy snow tires in December and Tony sat me in the new sport C300 and it was love at first site. My lease was not up for another 18 month I came in to buy snow tires in December and Tony sat me in the new sport C300 and it was love at first site. My lease was not up for another 18 months however my investment in snow tires would be limited as my car model was now extinct. By coincidence my car did not arrive until early January at which times the January specials allowed me to save some additional money on my purchase (package) bringing my monthly lease within a few dollars of my existing lease. Kristina surprised me with that news which was unexpected. Tony's friendly approach, and understanding of what women are attracted to with respect to buying cars, made this a easy sale, for both himself and myself. And yes, I purchased snow tires which has made the drive even better. I love all the new features too! More

Mercedes-Benz London is an incredible dealership. I have purchased four new vehicles there, and all of these cars have been serviced there as well. As I live in Windsor, the dealership sends a driver down with a loaner. While my car is being serviced, Markus Widmer will update me and then inform me of the return time of my car. My car is always returned to me in pristine condition, with exterior and interior spotlessly clean. I seldom have had any serious issues with my cars, but if there has been one, it has always been resolved on the first visit. All other issues or maintenance checks are always completed in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough about Markus or the dealership. It is every bit as impressive as the Mercedes brand and the cars are only as good as the service which backs them up. More

Tony Yang is a great help at Mercedes.
