Absolutely the BEST SERVICE! I was driving down a remote part of highway 402 when the car suddenly went dead. Not knowing what to do, I phoned Mercedes Benz London for assistance. I was driving down a remote part of highway 402 when the car suddenly went dead. Not knowing what to do, I phoned Mercedes Benz London for assistance. Andrew from the service department responded to my plight and immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick up the car. As I pondering how to taxi myself home, another call from Andrew arrived. He was unable to secure a loaner car ( I was not expecting this!) but was able to set me up with with a new 2019 c300 that I could use until my car was repaired. All I had to do was hitch a ride with the tow truck operator and pick it up at the dealership! This sure beats me running around looking for a rental car. Once my car was repaired ( the fan belt blew apart) the good people at Mercedes Benz delivered my car to where I was working, over 100 kilometers away! Talk about being treated like royalty! I have dealt with many different car dealerships over the decades and NEVER had such incredible service like this!Also, during this experience Andrew kept me updated through text messages on what is happening to the car. Highly appreciated.Thank you Mercedes Benz and Andrew for going the extra mile in helping me. After chatting with my co workers about my experience, two of them are considering a Mercedes, one of them is going to the dealership to test drive one and is seriously considering one. More

Radar Sensor Repair A few weeks ago I was having blind spot assist issues and noticed the sensor hanging so I called Mike and he was able to get me in quickly and have it A few weeks ago I was having blind spot assist issues and noticed the sensor hanging so I called Mike and he was able to get me in quickly and have it fixed the same day with no hassle. Blind spot assist works perfectly now. I can honestly say in the 5+ years of owning a Benz I have never once had any complaints with the service department and I have never had any negative experiences with them! More

Sprinter Motor Home Our new 2017 Sprinter based motorhome, had a check engine light come on, days before we were leaving to go south for a vacation. We had no appointmen Our new 2017 Sprinter based motorhome, had a check engine light come on, days before we were leaving to go south for a vacation. We had no appointment, had not even been to MB London for service yet. We showed up unscheduled Monday morning, needing help. They were most helpful, able to squeeze us into their full schedule, diagnosed and corrected the issue. We are very grateful and will definitely be back for future service here.
