Terrible service…incompetent mechanics…can’t tell you how many times I need to go back the next day for a problem they think they fixed and charged me for only to find out that was never the problem to begin many times I need to go back the next day for a problem they think they fixed and charged me for only to find out that was never the problem to begin with. They are supposed to give you a courtesy car while yours is in for repair as per agreed to when we purchased our 2 Mercedes only to find out they never have any cars available. The great service technicians leave this Laval dealership and only the incompetent ones stay on. Never buying another Mercedes…BMW here I come. More

I would give 0 star if it was an option…. Bought 2 new cars from them. I had to contact Mercedes Canada to have my car fixed, the service personnel didn’t think that it was urgent although Bought 2 new cars from them. I had to contact Mercedes Canada to have my car fixed, the service personnel didn’t think that it was urgent although the car engine stopped twice on the highway. The car had 17 issues…. Twice, I spoke with the service employee to get an appointment, both time he forgot to put the appointment in the schedule so no courtoisie cars were available…. Had to drive over 1 hour to get their just to go back home…. To this date, 3 of the issues were not fixed so I went to my local garage, paid and had the issues fixed. Last Mercedes I buy, stay away from this dealer. More

Terrible Service, terrible dealership Support after waiting three weeks for an answer from the sales manager who did not even have the courtesy of calling me back to discuss the problems: I have w after waiting three weeks for an answer from the sales manager who did not even have the courtesy of calling me back to discuss the problems: I have with my GLE 400, voice command never worked properly. The response was" this is a machine, what do you want, something that is perfect? All may be fine with this dealership if you have no problems with your car, but beware, this dealership does everything but help the customer. To wait three weeks for an answer from the sales manager to review the problem and not call back. Good luck if you have a problem and Mercedes Canada was no help either David More

Crooked dealership Now that Mercedes have sold their service dealerships to private dealers, they made a big mistakes. This dealership in Laval are crooks. They made me change an engine at 140k ???after negotiation I paid 2000$ and they screwed Mercedes head office paying 16000$. Next time I went in with side mirrors working and I came out with them not working. They refused to fix it saying it is just coincidence even though it happened while the car was in their possession. CROOKS and I stand by it. Never go to a Mercedes dealer again. Never buy a Mercedes again. More
Had my car serviced and they hit my rear bumper I had my car serviced and when i came to pick it up, i noticed my rear bumper was hit. They said it wasnt them that did it and they couldnt do nothing I had my car serviced and when i came to pick it up, i noticed my rear bumper was hit. They said it wasnt them that did it and they couldnt do nothing about it. ClEARlY IT WAS THEM because before i brought my car to get serviced the rear bumper had NO damage on it. They dont want to take responsibilty for anything. Their customer service is terrible, AND they attempted to threaten me because of my bumper saying they will not pay for it. What kind of customer service is that? I had been polite the whole time, yet they are trying to threaten me etc etc. I dont recommend bringing your car there. More

I delivered my car to this dealership with summer tire without instalation in the winter time but They keep my winter tire and said you have to pay 100$ to give it back your winter tire so cheap and lack of expriance i lost my faith to metcedess because of this cheap dealer ship More
Repeated problems I have had repeated probleems since I bought the car. For the most the do all proper steps regarding service but its like the passed the grade but don't retain any of the service after. Bottom line is I would not deal with them if I didn't have to .Just seems like everything I do with them I have to fight for. More
