When I arrived at the service desk, I was promptly welcomed by the service manager, Ed Van Herpt JR; he quickly wrote down the services I wished for my vehicle, he gave me some welcome suggestions, also answering my many questions as this was my first vehicle of this brand; He gave me a tentative time of completion, and offered me a drive to where ever I needed to go, as an offer of being picked up.I chose to remain in the dealership. I also met the parts manager, Robert Van Herpt, who was very friendly and cheerful.There is a viewing window into the service area, so you can see the progress.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free WI-fi, as well as a television, and free coffee.The restrooms were very clean. Every mechanic I saw traveling through the dealership was very friendly, acknowledging me with a smile and hello. I was very pleased as to how I was treated, and made to feel I was welcome. All in all, I find this dealership to be striving for the best customer service and experience. More
