Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley

My 4 door GT63SE came directly from the detail shop to Heritage Mercedes for A1 service. When I came for the vehicle firstly it was not where they said it would be parked. I had to go into the basement an Heritage Mercedes for A1 service. When I came for the vehicle firstly it was not where they said it would be parked. I had to go into the basement and then walk around the whole building to finally fined my car. Disappointedly I find my dusty car with grease hand prints on the hood and roof of the door along with the door. When I opened the door I found dirty foot prints on the door seal and door which was easily visible on the cream interior! Why is there not a plastic bag put over the seats and a cardboard on the floor mats which would show some care attention to taking care of your vehicle for the clients? More

After completing a Service B on my vehicle at the end of June, around mid August the AdBlue marker came on, then the engine light. Booked an appointment to drop it in for checkup & it was determined it was June, around mid August the AdBlue marker came on, then the engine light. Booked an appointment to drop it in for checkup & it was determined it was missing 24 litres of AdBlue additive. Initially they wanted to charge me for it & as we discussed further, they realized the AdBlue was not filled during the Service B appointment. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with services at Mercedes dealerships, and it seems blatant neglect. I’ve been completely frustrated every time I take my vehicle for a service & wonder if things are actually getting fixed or furthering the problems. More
