They had the car for a week and just polished it, still has scratches and dings. We had to make 6 calls for someone to eventually call back only to be told, no done yet. Now told they can't/won't do anything with them. Service Department are even worse, ordered parts and waited two months, after many calls from us they eventually told us to bring in the car, we then found out they had received the parts a weeks after we ordered. Had several other issues, but basically don't trust what they say during the sale and don't bother to use these guys for service, I would suggest you go elsewhere. More

I went to the other benz dealership in edmonton and bought a new c class from them, great experience. i will never return and tell everyone i know to avoid this place like the plague More

Service is very poor and slow. Extremely costly. Oil change for my ML 320 CDI $325.00. David Morris dealership oil change for same vehicle $225.00. I had taken my car in for brake service this week. After booking and waiting for 3.5 weeks to get it in. At the time of booking the appointment I had informed them I wanted the brake pads replaced because I booking and waiting for 3.5 weeks to get it in. At the time of booking the appointment I had informed them I wanted the brake pads replaced because I knew they were due. You would think in the 3.5 weeks they would have been able to order the brake pads. I guess this was to much to ask. It took the service department 3 days to replace the pads and rotors just on the front of the car because I was informed they did not have the parts on hand. According to the Mercedes maintenance tech should take a maximum of 6 hrs. I discussed the problem with the Service Manager and all he did was try to blow smoke up my xxx. He mentioned the service would improve the next time I came in. So I asked he why would anybody want to return for this type of service and he was stuck for an answer. He would not say why things were so screwed up or why they did not keep me informed thinks were delayed causing me to make several unnecessary trips to the dealership. I was last contacted by one of the service advisors letting me know it was finally ready and when I went to pick it up four hours after I received the car unwashed, which is not normal for this dealership. As far as the car goes it is a very nice car however as far as this dealership and their service department I don't think I'm ever going to return. More
Hi I am Avison and I was looking for a used Mercedes when I went to Weber Mercedes. After looking around for a few minutes I was greeted by Ben one of the sales consultant and he explained to me the special offer on a brand new car, The offer was so good that I couldn't refuse and when i saw the vehicle it was gorgeous. The manger by the name of Oliver was very friendly and gave me a great deal of discount to match my monthly payment. The financing took a short time and I managed to get my new car on the same day. I was so pleased with the whole experience that I couldn't believe how easy and fun it was to buy a car from Weber Mercedes. I would highly recommend Weber Mercedes and Ben my sales consultant. More
Worst service ever! Left my vehicle while on 2 week vacation. They never even touched it, couldn't find my car when I returned! Then without even looking at it, said there was nothing wrong. My vehicle is currently in the service department and has been there for 5 days for a slight vibrating noise. No one has called me to update me, even after leaving several messages, still no update. Completely unacceptable. Buy a ford!!! More
amazing experience. i purchased a stunning cls550 2011 by phone from fort mcmurray. brandy the business manager guided me through the whole process while being incredibly patient and responding to emails as phone from fort mcmurray. brandy the business manager guided me through the whole process while being incredibly patient and responding to emails as soon as i sent them. as we arrived by bus in edmonton( something i hope i wont have to experience again) Kyle was already waiting for us in an S-Class and drove us through rush hour traffic to the dealership. while i had my back massaged by the car's amazing chairs mom enjoyed the experience of being chauffeured around. because of our late arrival, a mistake on my side Brandy, Kyle and Oliver(the sales manager and man in charge) stayed way behind closing time helping us with the final stages of the paperwork and explaining the vehicle to us. some great complementary coffee, water and juice and mom even scored some free rubber foot mats that would have cost us more than a hundred dollars. a big winning point was me having made some mistakes with the paperwork and having some issues with the last bit of payment and Brandy telling us not to worry about it, we could just pop in the next day and sort it out then. They let us walk out with the car without having fully paid for it. Amazing. Of course we were in the next day to settle our bill and had Kyle explain to us some of the gadgets. mom and i both were a little intimidated by the gadgetry but Kyle very patiently and simply explained these to us until we finally got it. Mom got to practice some of her German with Oliver who made sure she had a nice time while i did the boring bits. in conclusion, if u want to purchase an amazing vehicle and want an amazingly thoughtful and sincere service call these guys, they will look after you. My only regret is that i did not have enough money to buy mom a glk that day. but when i do i will be very happy to deal with this team again. More
