I had my 9 months old daughter and my mom with us during our visit and the staff took great care of them, I really appreciated that because it gave us the freedom and peace of mind to carefully work on our decisions for our first family car! Even better, they were able to offer us a very attractive deal on the appearance protection package, with roads condition like Alberta's, I know this protection package will literally pay for itself eventually, and we even got free 3M to boost! Overall a very pleasant buying experience and I'm already considering trading in my daily driver for a C300! I was hoping when they moved into their new location things would change but they actually appear to be getting worse. After four contacts over 4 working days including the sales supervisor regarding our tires in storage the tires magically appeared when my pregnant wife had to drive their on her temporary spare for answers. Not any of the three service associates would return a phone call, yet they asked if we want them to install the tires now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR ON THE REVEIW BECAUSE ZERO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION. More

Everyone from the sales-man to finance-expert were friendly and helpful in helping me find a suitable car for me and my family within our budget. The sales-man was courteous, attentive to details, and went way above and beyond his job in helping me. The finance-expert was very informative and considerate of our budget and figured ways to help us find a great package deal. First night I came to the dealership very late (8:45 pm), as result the sales-man and finance-expert stayed very late to help us get a great deal. The following day I came back also late (9 pm) to hand in my car insurance and license plate. Again, the sales-man and the finance-expert stayed late (10:00 pm) to help me complete my purchase. On top of that, the sales-man was so helpful in returning my rental car to the airport. At the end of the night I was provided with both their business cards and was encourage to call them anytime. Which I did later on that night (midnight) to provide my void cheque. To my surprise the finance-expert replied instantly confirming the receipt of my text and email. My overall experience with this dealership office was excellent and I would definitely do business again with them. More

I've told you the problem so fix it, I don't need to be charged for you to figure it out. Have fun paying $400 for a simple oil change as well. Wish there was a zero star rating. More

Turned A Blind Eye So I bought my brand new 2015 Mercedes C400 from Heritage Valley Mercedes formally Weber Motors. I got a decent deal on it but not the greatest. They So I bought my brand new 2015 Mercedes C400 from Heritage Valley Mercedes formally Weber Motors. I got a decent deal on it but not the greatest. They were following up with me if I am interested and will do anything to get my business. However after they sold me the car they turned a total blind eye on me. While driving making a right turn within speed limit. My steering wheel lost power and couldn't turn. As soon as I reacted it was too late as I slammed right into the curb. Nothing happened to the body but my alignment went out and the whole impact was taken by the front driver tire & rim. This resulted in alignment being totally out. My rim entirely scratched up and whole bunch of censors went off. I barely made it to the dealer and told them the whole story. They were very apologetic at first and gave me a non-mercedes as a loaner till they figure it out. Sure enough the next day I get a call from Heritage Valley Mercedes saying their diagnostics concluded that nothing was wrong prior to the impact so It will not be covered under warranty so please call your insurance and cover $7000 worth of damages. I totally lost my mind as they are relying on a piece of computer to tell what happened compare to a customer who spent 60K on a car a Liar. After they said what happened was a very dangerous situation. Funny thing I found complaints on those models from people saying steering wheel malfunction. Mine didn't say didn't mean it didn't malfunction. All said and done there is no more sales assisting, I don't even think they remember me now. this situation is with a district manager and waiting to hear back. Its been 4 days now. But they mentioned even though its with them but still you should call you insurance since it won't be covered. GOOD JOB "HERITAGE VALLEY MERCEDES". So proud of your promises and elite customer service. More
