The staff were great in the service department but the diagnostic attempt to determine the problem with the electrical system in the car was a failure. I feel that the technician should have recognized th diagnostic attempt to determine the problem with the electrical system in the car was a failure. I feel that the technician should have recognized that the battery was failing before recommending replacing over 3 thousand dollars worth of radar sensors which I believe were not the problem. After replacing 2 of these sensors, it was determined that the problem was solved, only to find out the next day that it wasn’t and now a third sensor was faulty. It was only after this that the battery was looked at and found to be the problem. The third sensor which was indicated as faulty was not once the battery was replaced. I believe I spent thousands of dollars needlessly only to find out the battery needed replacement, More

I cut the maintenance desk lying to me saying that my car was driven for over one hour to find the problem, but when I checked, it was only driven for 5 km. Also, ever since I brought it in for service my br was driven for over one hour to find the problem, but when I checked, it was only driven for 5 km. I do receive the same information from BMW very clearly with the technician explaining everything. AND the experience with the receptionist was awful, she was talking so fast over you and would not allow me to explain my situation, she was so rude I wish I don’t have to talk to her in the future at all.
