Turned A Blind Eye So I bought my brand new 2015 Mercedes C400 from Heritage Valley Mercedes formally Weber Motors. I got a decent deal on it but not the greatest. They So I bought my brand new 2015 Mercedes C400 from Heritage Valley Mercedes formally Weber Motors. I got a decent deal on it but not the greatest. They were following up with me if I am interested and will do anything to get my business. However after they sold me the car they turned a total blind eye on me. While driving making a right turn within speed limit. My steering wheel lost power and couldn't turn. As soon as I reacted it was too late as I slammed right into the curb. Nothing happened to the body but my alignment went out and the whole impact was taken by the front driver tire & rim. This resulted in alignment being totally out. My rim entirely scratched up and whole bunch of censors went off. I barely made it to the dealer and told them the whole story. They were very apologetic at first and gave me a non-mercedes as a loaner till they figure it out. Sure enough the next day I get a call from Heritage Valley Mercedes saying their diagnostics concluded that nothing was wrong prior to the impact so It will not be covered under warranty so please call your insurance and cover $7000 worth of damages. I totally lost my mind as they are relying on a piece of computer to tell what happened compare to a customer who spent 60K on a car a Liar. After they said what happened was a very dangerous situation. Funny thing I found complaints on those models from people saying steering wheel malfunction. Mine didn't say didn't mean it didn't malfunction. All said and done there is no more sales assisting, I don't even think they remember me now. this situation is with a district manager and waiting to hear back. Its been 4 days now. But they mentioned even though its with them but still you should call you insurance since it won't be covered. GOOD JOB "HERITAGE VALLEY MERCEDES". However salesman had no time and was very busy. Rest of the staff was very friendly. More
worst Service Once they have sold vehicle to you after that they don't care about you. Fantastic purchase experience. I previously owned a '09 C300 and decided on the C400 for my new vehicle, I am from Lethbridge and Hyatt in Calgary was willing to work a good deal bu I previously owned a '09 C300 and decided on the C400 for my new vehicle, I am from Lethbridge and Hyatt in Calgary was willing to work a good deal but didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted... Weber Mercedes did however! I emailed them and within minutes had a reply from a sales associate named Cody, they were able to beat Hyatt's offer. I put a deposit on the car and a week later made the 5 hour drive to Edmonton. When I arrived the vehicle was in the showroom ready to go, Cody who was very knowledgeable on the product, taking the time to properly go over all the features and accessories. I then met Doug in the finance office, he was extremely nice and was NOT pushy with backend sales at all. Both guys were very easy to talk with and answered any questions I had. Weber Mercedes exceeded my expectations on this vehicle purchase! I will be back A+ More
Excellent Repairs Service Needed a turbo replaced. I was told where I could go to see if another company could repair my old one. Took the part along with my vehicle to Weber Motors (Andrew was my service consultant there), had nothing but good work and honest communication . I will use them in the future for my Mervedes product. I was impressed. More

From the sales department to customer service, I have been very impressed. My first service on my vehicle was scheduled with ease and it was such a pleasure to have Mikayla assigned to me. She not only answered my questions and walked me through the process of my first service with MB, she genuinely made me feel like an appreciated customer. Thank you Mikayla.
