do not know the meaning of human kindness I visited this dealership with the intention of buying a new van ... I drove around the car park and one of the dealerships employees drove straight into my truck causing extenisive damage the actual cost hasnt been established but i can say its definatly in excess of $5000 , they were 100 % at fault the driver had not even cleared the frost of the windows of the car before he drove it so had little to no view and drove straight out between a lane of parked vehicles on to the main pathway it turned out afterwards it was infact a customers car who had just bought it in for service .. after the incident they didn't even ask if I was OK did i need anything nothing at all they left me standing out side unable to start my vehicle as it was leaking fluids from the impact in -25 temperatures .. I walked in to there building to ask for the address to give the police and I was told they didn't know what it was ??? and that employees only could come in and wait outside .the came out to inspect there vehicle at which point they instructed the employee who had driven the car to put down the windows down I asked if they could put them back up as i needed to take pictures so show how frosty they were and they refused . They also tried to insist I move my vehicle before the police had arrived I refused if this is there idea of how to treat potential customers then only thing I can say is I'm extremely glad I didn't buy a vehicle from them as I would hate to have to deal with them ever again and to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle a vehicle buyer beware they obviously don't take care of there customers cars More
totally bad customer service i bought 2 cars from them ,less then a year 8200 km on s550 ,worth more 140 thousand new ,driver seat belt not working ,so i called about 7 times to t i bought 2 cars from them ,less then a year 8200 km on s550 ,worth more 140 thousand new ,driver seat belt not working ,so i called about 7 times to talk to general manager ,did not receive a call back or anything ,they just sell you the car after that they do not care about ,very poor customer service ,i will never buy from them again. These guys do not know how to do business They have a "let's make some money now, screw the customer later" approach. One smart salesman knows that if I would be pleased with a 80k car service now, I'll probably be back in 3-5 y to get a 120k car. Not these guys, they blatantly and stupidly obvious tried to rip me off, wasting my -and actually their as well- time; at some point I told them a flat f..k off and simply saved myself of what seemed to have been the start of a stressful relationship. I make well above 500k/y so there was no pb to buy what I wanted somewhere else. Save your time. More

Everyone from the sales representatives, financial manager to the sales manager made us feel very welcome as if we're their friends during the entire process. I had my 9 months old daughter and my mom with us during our visit and the staff took great care of them, I really appreciated that because it gave us the freedom and peace of mind to carefully work on our decisions for our first family car! Even better, they were able to offer us a very attractive deal on the appearance protection package, with roads condition like Alberta's, I know this protection package will literally pay for itself eventually, and we even got free 3M to boost! Overall a very pleasant buying experience and I'm already considering trading in my daily driver for a C300! My sales reps Aaron and Ben were very professional and know all the ins and outs of the car, that gave us full confidence with our purchase, big shout out to them! More

I was hoping when they moved into their new location things would change but they actually appear to be getting worse. After four contacts over 4 working days including the sales supervisor regarding our tires in storage the tires magically appeared when my pregnant wife had to drive their on her temporary spare for answers. Not any of the three service associates would return a phone call, yet they asked if we want them to install the tires now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR ON THE REVEIW BECAUSE ZERO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION. More

Everyone from the sales-man to finance-expert were friendly and helpful in helping me find a suitable car for me and my family within our budget. The sales-man was courteous, attentive to details, and went way above and beyond his job in helping me. The finance-expert was very informative and considerate of our budget and figured ways to help us find a great package deal. First night I came to the dealership very late (8:45 pm), as result the sales-man and finance-expert stayed very late to help us get a great deal. The following day I came back also late (9 pm) to hand in my car insurance and license plate. Again, the sales-man and the finance-expert stayed late (10:00 pm) to help me complete my purchase. On top of that, the sales-man was so helpful in returning my rental car to the airport. At the end of the night I was provided with both their business cards and was encourage to call them anytime. Which I did later on that night (midnight) to provide my void cheque. To my surprise the finance-expert replied instantly confirming the receipt of my text and email. My overall experience with this dealership office was excellent and I would definitely do business again with them. More

Was having issues with my transmission while the car was still under warranty and they wanted $160/hr to diagnose the problem....what??? I've told you the problem so fix it, I don't need to be charged for you to figure it out. Have fun paying $400 for a simple oil change as well. Wish there was a zero star rating. More
