Worst service ever! Left my vehicle while on 2 week vacation. They never even touched it, couldn't find my car when I returned! Then without even looking at it, said there was nothing wrong. My vehicle is currently in the service department and has been there for 5 days for a slight vibrating noise. No one has called me to update me, even after leaving several messages, still no update. Completely unacceptable. Buy a ford!!! More
amazing experience. i purchased a stunning cls550 2011 by phone from fort mcmurray. brandy the business manager guided me through the whole process while being incredibly patient and responding to emails as phone from fort mcmurray. brandy the business manager guided me through the whole process while being incredibly patient and responding to emails as soon as i sent them. as we arrived by bus in edmonton( something i hope i wont have to experience again) Kyle was already waiting for us in an S-Class and drove us through rush hour traffic to the dealership. while i had my back massaged by the car's amazing chairs mom enjoyed the experience of being chauffeured around. because of our late arrival, a mistake on my side Brandy, Kyle and Oliver(the sales manager and man in charge) stayed way behind closing time helping us with the final stages of the paperwork and explaining the vehicle to us. some great complementary coffee, water and juice and mom even scored some free rubber foot mats that would have cost us more than a hundred dollars. a big winning point was me having made some mistakes with the paperwork and having some issues with the last bit of payment and Brandy telling us not to worry about it, we could just pop in the next day and sort it out then. They let us walk out with the car without having fully paid for it. Amazing. Of course we were in the next day to settle our bill and had Kyle explain to us some of the gadgets. mom and i both were a little intimidated by the gadgetry but Kyle very patiently and simply explained these to us until we finally got it. Mom got to practice some of her German with Oliver who made sure she had a nice time while i did the boring bits. in conclusion, if u want to purchase an amazing vehicle and want an amazingly thoughtful and sincere service call these guys, they will look after you. My only regret is that i did not have enough money to buy mom a glk that day. but when i do i will be very happy to deal with this team again. More
