The location is beautiful, clean and very customer friendly. I did not spend much time with Yoshi but when I did, he was very friendly and genuine. Mark was by far the best sales person. First impressions are important; the dealership's employee represent the brand and the dealer. I felt right away that Mercedes was above the competition when I first met Mark. Mercedes SUV I was not planning on buying anything for a couple months until I saw Jaime at the Edmonton car show.
