I recently purchased a 2024 c300 from this dealership and was blown away by the customer service. Kevin was the sales associate I dealt with and he was very kind, humorous and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the sales Manager Jeevan and he was also very professional and easy to deal with. I finished off with Calvin in finance and he was patient and guided me through the whole process and suggesting add ons that were tailored to me. These 3 individuals were phenomenal. The reason for the poor rating is a direct result of a very unprofessional general sales manager, Chris Clarke. I had a issue with the vehicle that had been an issue prior to purchasing and I had brought it up to Jeevan, the sales manager. He shared empathy and compassion for my concern even thought I had been quite upset. He didnt guarantee me that I could be fixed. That same day I came in I was unable to speak with Chris. It was 330 and he was off at 4 and he didnt want to address my concern, which I found extremely unprofessional. He opted for a phone conversation the next day. Jeevan told me he'd explain the situation to his Chris and Id recieve a phone call. The call was very demeaning and unprofessional as Id mentioned. Chris pretended like he had no prior information on what my concern was, when Jeevan had told him. He blamed the fault on me with 0 accounbility on his end. He kept interrupting me while I was explaining my side. He was rude and simply ineffective in communicating. He gave a very stand-off impression and wansnt in the business to build a client, I was just a dollar sign to him. If he wasnt able to fix the issue thats fine, but thats no way to treat customers with 0 empathy nor any compassion for the matter. I would've settled for an oil change? A gift card ? .. honestly id settle for some basic human decency. This is not the man you want running the business - maybe hes good for numbers and sales because these type of people typically are - but I would not recommend anyone to go here as a direct result of Chris Clarke. More
