Calling and booking is cumbersome, the phones don’t work very well. Also no loaner cars for when vehicle is in shop for the day. Communication on pick up has been varied. Parts desk people seem annoyed when asked questions. Overall once they sell you a car they really don’t give care about you. I wanted winter rims and decided dealing with the staff was a hassle so did not purchase. Very disappointed as I thought choosing a Mercedes would equate to a luxury and caring experience. Not the case. They could learn a few things from Lexus. More
