Dharam went totally overboard making sure that I was ok with every aspect of my journey and my experience with Mecedes Benz West was far beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. Great service overall! Great service overall. If there is some improvements, here are some: Sales people are great, I did not waste time coming to a deal. And I love the rat Great service overall. Some improvements from the Finance Service Department: When talking with one of the the Finance Service Manager, she did not disclose that there was an offer (i.e.: credit of $750) available to me. Since I was entitled, I would expect her to let me know rather than me finding it out on the dealer's website. Still from the Finance Service Manager, I did not appreciate her trying to pushing the life insurance to me without asking me first - e.g.: telling me that my monthly payment is $X. I had to ask why the amount was so high for her to tell me that it included the life insurance (I never asked for). Still from the Finance Service Manager, customer's time also matters - When an appointment is set up at 9:00 AM, and the customer showed up at 8:55 to respect the time, he expect the people he has appointment with to do the same. Overall, the sales service people were excellent, but the finance service people need some improvement of handling customers - because at the end of the day, the customer see the dealer - period! More

The sales person Dharam Taylor was beyond excellent, an We recently purchased a brand new 2015 GLK Bluetec from Mercedes-Benz David Morris Fine Cars. The sales person Dharam Taylor was beyond excellent, and made the experience of purchasing a brand new Mercedes very pleasant. I highly recommend him and the dealership. He was very thorough, knowledgable and came across with very low pressure throughout the process and we didn't feel any of that sales pressure that we worry about when shopping for a new vehicle. Believe it or not we initially called and spoke to Dharam explaining our situation advising him of what we were exactly looking for over the phone, he was straight forward and didn't unnecessarily waste our time. While we were waiting for the financing to come through he continued to oversee all aspects related to purchasing the vehicle he even made it a point to call us a few weeks later to ask how we are doing and how the experience has been driving the new Mercedes.
