Whether I needed a certain accessory, a pre-delivery service, or had a question about the vehicle, Rollie made it happen, had the answers, and exceeded my expectations. Rollie is proof there's no substitute for experience. Faye in the finance department was super professional and made the whole process smooth and painless. When I took delivery of my E400, Darby sat in the car with me and introduced me to all of its features. And talk about follow up service! Imagine my surprise when minutes after completing an online customer satisfaction survey, I received a call from Mercedes Benz Edmonton West General Manager Jack Goodman, thanking me for completing the survey and asking me how he could resolve my one outstanding "issue".
