Smooth and Easy Chris Phang, showed us the car we wanted to see. Gave us Pros and Cons for the vehicles, GLA vs B250. We gave them our numbers that we wanted, they tried to squeeze it in, didn't worked on both sides the 1st time. They respected our decision and let us go when we said we'll sleep over it. Yet, while we were on the road, we received a call and heard a 2nd effort from them. Following morning Chris made a follow up, and gave us a decent offer which we liked and preferred. Then that was it, Faye, the Finance Manager, made it hassle free for us to, did the transaction by phone and email. Told us the car is ready for pick up and done. My wife and I were just in awe, Starbucks coffee too? Made it right the way we like our coffees. And Evan, explained the car details and functions like we were 5th graders, simple, direct and quick. He was good. Thanks for everything guys! I will add my one star when I bring my car for service, that we have to experience... overall, we would recommend this dealership. Kodus! More
