I am a repeat customer to this location but will now look elsewhere.After being reassured two weeks in advance that my vehicle would be completed by end of day if I brought it in at 10am they were unable to complete this request. Mercedes needs to realize their clients utilize their vehicles for their jobs, and for myself being on the road 3 hours a day this is an extreme inconvenience. More
Horrid Service I bought a B250 from this dealer. When it was delivered, one of the keys was not working - of course not - they gave me the wrong car!! This inciden I bought a B250 from this dealer. When it was delivered, one of the keys was not working - of course not - they gave me the wrong car!! This incident was described by the service manager as a "small problem". It was quite an ordeal to get the right car. The salesperson did a very poor job of ensuring that all of my personal belongings made it to the right car (why would he try to please a customer once he had his commission cheque). The right car was missing the trunk cover. Several weeks have passed and still nothing. Clearly this dealer does not know the difference between customer service and lip service. They are a disgrace to the Mercedes brand. More
Expensive and very long to drop off After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, I showed up on time, waited 25 minutes to meet my "advisor" (aka sales rep) and spent 30 seconds with him to After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, I showed up on time, waited 25 minutes to meet my "advisor" (aka sales rep) and spent 30 seconds with him to sign a work order. Couldn't this be ready when I showed up since they knew what I was booking for? I was then told to wait for their free ride service (which again was booked in advance) and waited another 30 minutes. Review their website, a Service A or B is mostly inspections and not actually maintaining/changing anything. The changes can be done at Canadian Tire for about 25% of the cost.... Downtown Benz, I will not be back for service again! More
After researching for some time the vehicle I was looking to buy I walked in to the dealership on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by a friendly reception desk who connected me with one of the sales team, V to buy I walked in to the dealership on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by a friendly reception desk who connected me with one of the sales team, Vince Fiore. We quickly honed in on the vehicle I wanted with all of the preferred options. Turns out there was a demo available at an even better price with less than 4,000 km on it. I was concerned about wether my child seat in the back would give enough room for my wife in the passenger seat. Vince kindly arranged to loan me a demo GLK over night so I could also show it to my wife which was much more convenient for her and our little one than coming in the dealership. When the vehicle was received by the dealership they found some issues with scratches on the rims which they immediately then arranged to fix to as new condition. Vince did a great job explaining all of the features and is still a great help when I contact him from time to time with questions. I picked up my new GLK 350 last fall and have been very happy with it and the service I have received. I would highly recommend this dealership and Vince in particular. More
